We visited this Ruby Tuesday location for the first time. Our server Christina was amazing! She was so attentive and nice. She kept our drinks filled and was super friendly. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. The manager Christy was very friendly and was busy helping the restaurant run smoothly. We will definitely be back!

On of the best places in town to go to for dinner and drinks! Never had a bad experience! I always ask for Tiffany Axom to serve me if she is working because she is an amazing bartender and waitress so make sure you ask for her special if you visit too. She always has a smile on her face and is so cheery and has such a vast knowledge of the menu and can always make great recommendations! She is very attentive to mine and my families needs and never lets a drink go dry! And speaking of dry… if she is working the bar you HAVE to get a drink (or three) because her skills are yumulicious! Tip this babe good! She deserves it!
Ok went to ruby Tuesday my husband my daughter and me we all 3 got the salad and something to drink and spinach artichoke dip tell me why the bill came up to 51.54plus taxs 55.95 and all we had was just the salad bar and that was not even impressing and we waited 10 mins before they even came to see us about drinks. And took us 10 mins to get our tickets so we can leave and what was bad is that they was not even packed
If I could not give any that’s what I would do, people that was in there working today between 3pm Ana 5pm really need to find somewhere else to work, no professionalism at all.Hostess was to busy talking when we came in had to be told we were there, waitress took our drink order no problem, brought drinks and took order, didn’t come back to table to see about refills, till food was ready, cooks talking so loud the few tables that had customers could hear them complain about making things, waitresses standing around at the hostess desk talking about what should be private life and let’s not forget about the waitress that couldn’t find her phone going all around the restaurant asking if anyone has seen her phone. So disappointed with this place
Ordered cheese sticks that never came, didn’t bring my sides with my meal My wife asked for marinara sauce for her chicken Alfredo that never came . After waiting 15 mins for my sides when it finally showed up my wife was already finished with her meal so I just took mine to go. We usually eat here at least 1-2 times a week and have never had bad service before but it was awful this time. All I can say is if you get John for a waiter you better move tables!
Horrible service, nothing on the salad bar asked several times to put dressing and salad toppings. Would not recommend eating here again. Nine people standing around and not doing anything.
Great food. Friendly Waitress. They didn't have what I wanted so the waitress told me what I could get that was similar and it was delicious! They couldn't do an Irish Car Bomb. So I was sad about that but otherwise, it was a good visit! My first time at a Ruby Tuesday and I'll definitely visit them again.
We ate around 2:00PM, there were very few other customers. Service was good. The food was served promptly and was fresh and hot. Cost wasn't too bad, we had the special (an appetizer and two entrees for one price).
This is my second review regarding the food order from this location and it appears my first review is no longer posted, that I found, and I’m not sure why. However, I placed another order today & again the baked potato’s I ordered, were brown on the inside, it was so over cooked that there was only a couple of spoonful’s of potato in each. (See pic)I called and spoke with the manager & he assured me this is not the norm. However, my order from 12/23/21 and today 01/18/22 both had over cooked potatoes. Today I ordered the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta again, which should have had penne noodles, but tonight I got fettuccini noodles, the meal itself wasn’t horrible, but I prefer the penne noodles and expected the same.When you order online, you expect to receive a meal like you would if you’re eating at the restaurant, but I guess the person making the “To Go” order up, isn’t concerned with the quality of the food going out, since the customer isn’t there to complain. I’m very disappointed with the 2 orders I’ve placed so far and I’m not sure if calling the manager tonight or doing this review will make a difference in any future orders, but I hope it does. I’ve posted pictures of 1 of the meals and 1 potato.
