Service was rude going through the drive though. No manners and they will not talk to you and just look at you like your crazy for eating there. We had to pull up and wait forever for our food. They messed up our order and then proceeded to be rude and the woman inside said that they wouldn't fix it and she said that I would have to pay for another meal. I love Popeyes but the visit that I had makes me wish that the entire franchise would shut down.
Don't deserve one star. Paid over 20 bucks for skimpy pieces of chicken, mostly crust very little meat. Fries were about the size of a kids meal and the biscuit was about the size of a half dollar coin. Food was yucky. Won't be back and wouldn't bother me if they closed down.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered a 10pc chicken box and asked for the chicken to be fresh. When I received my order, I was disgusted to find 3 fried rats and only 7 pieces of chicken. I went into the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, who proceeded to throw a cup of sweet tea at me and told me to get my N-word a*s out of her store. Please stay away!
We used the drive through and the service was poor and not at all courteous( actually almost rude.) chicken smells good- we’ll see! ?
I will NOT be returning back.. I asked for sauce and was denied , and even after I was willing to pay for the sauce I was told that unless I had nuggets or tenders I couldn’t have any sauce even though I offered to pay for the sauce.. I never been to a Popeyes that denied you for sauces.. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional!!!
Check your order I should have known to check it.This is the third time I made it home to find I have the wrong order. This time I went back and they still gave me the wrong side.I know you are short staffed but take a little longer and do the job right
I've been here three times. Well I've tried three times. The first time around 7:30 to 8pm they were closed with all lights off and the cars there. The second the actually looked opened and people were there but they would not answer at the telecom. And then this time around the same time, they actually told the person Infront of me to wait and then when they answered they told him they were closed. Then they answered me and asked for my order and then at the window they told me they were closed. As for the other Popeyes, I got zero respect there too, and then I actually got cussed out by the dude at the window while he was hanging outside of it. Popeyes here in this town has lost my business for good.
AWFUL customer service. The lady on the speaker box was impatient and rude. We tried ordering nuggets and got told they were out so then we tried ordering tenders and got told we couldn’t bc they were frozen. So we ended up getting the chicken sandwich meals, got to the window and asked for sauces to have the drive thru worker shut the window in my husbands face. She finally opened it back up and we asked for sweet heat sauce to be told we can’t get any unless we got tenders or nuggets even though they were OUT of both. Trash place, trash customer service, and overall trash experience. Disgusting. I do NOT recommend coming here for any type of service.
I will not visit here again. My visit today was the final straw. First of all, whoever was taking orders at the drive thru was practically yelling. She sounded impatient and rushed, like she had better things to do and would rather be doing them. Second, my order was not complicated. A 4 piece chicken combo with red beans and rice and a sweet tea. That order totalled $15.11. I was a bit shocked at that, but whatever. I needed something to bring to work and there's not many options on that side of Waycross. I get my order and head on to work. In the truck, I discover that my drink is actually unsweet tea. Not what I ordered but not a huge problem. No, the real problem was getting to work and checking the rest of my order and discovering that instead of my order, I got 3 tenders with mashed potatoes. Not even close to what I ordered. This will be the last time I have someone yell at me in a drive thru then totally screw up my $15 order.
