I ordered an 11 piece family meal and only received 8 pieces 😡. Chicken wings still had feathers on them 🤢
I just spent $25 for just 2 of their 3 piece meals!!! With these meals at this price you only get one side and a very dried out biscuit!!! Then when I got home and opened the boxes there were 2 small legs and a very small thigh in both boxes!!! What are they doing buying leg quarters? Then at the window i gave her a 20 and a 10 and she could not break it and asked for a card instead!!! I should have driven off then!!! Folks I will forever from now on go all the way across town to KFC!!! At least for the price you actually get your monies worth and it still taste good!!! This crap tonight was greasy, cold and tasteless!!! Please don't waste your money!!!
Pulled up to a backed up drive thru. ( The lobby has been closed every time we have tried to eat here, but there is no sign. ) Finally got to order and no one acknowledged us. Waited 5 minutes, said hello, still nothing. Decided to pull up to just order at the window and there were 4 other cars just sitting and waiting. Gave up. This location should just be closed.
The food itself was good. However, we did have to go back through the line bc they didn't give us all of our food. Then the chicken bucket was supposed to be mostly white meat there was only 3 wings the rest was dark meat. And we ordered the biggest family pack then another 16 piece.
They can't get your order right! And, when you live 20 minutes out of town, you can't just turn around and go back. I mean they weren't busy. I guess the person taking my order was too busy talking to someone else to get my order correct.
My family and I came to town to see our extended family for the first time in years. We walked over from our hotel and went into the lobby. The first cashier saw us and walked to the back. The second looked up and let us know the lobby was closed, even though it was 630 and the doors were unlocked. We went outside and look for some sort of sign. There wasn’t one. We then tried to go through the drive through on foot to try and save the us some time. We stood there without a reply for about 15 minutes before we went back to get our car. We walked back to the hotel and then went through the drive through. We still had an awful experience with the staff... We ordered a chicken sandwich meal and the 6 dollar box. We wanted to drink a Pepsi and asked for a side of mac and cheese. Here’s what we got. A spicy chicken sandwich with 20 tenders and a box of fries. with no drink. We also waited in drive through for 10 minutes to even have our order taken. That first girl started our order by saying “cash or card” we said card and she said one minute. Then about 5 minutes later the man from the lobby started our order again and asked us the same thing. Although I am thankful for the enormous miscount of chicken. I wanted to try the Mac because we don’t have a Popeyes where I am from and the customer service was so bad it ruined the experience for us. Overall, we were so frustrated we decided it wasn’t worth the third trip after the error in our order. The experience was bad enough that I don’t even want to try the Mac and cheese at any Popeyes anymore. They have the worst customer service I’ve experienced in forever. Please save yourself and go eat anywhere else. Sonic is right next door!
Absolutely. Worse service in the entire city... Witch is alot to say. 20 plus mins in the drive thru. Missed most of the order... Ordered at the speaker, then asked again what our order was at the window. Cash only??? Forgot more than half the order, and handed us the bag, after we asked about the missing cookies we were told they were in the warmer and then handed cold cookies... Pretty messed up for $30+
Chicken was greasy, 3 piece meal and all was dark meat. One drumstick was broken. Overpriced for the quality. The service was good and staff was friendly.
Went to grab a quick bite Dimouzez was busy but when he saw me he said be right with you. He took order quickly and help me choose a side. He made sure to ask if I need sauce he was attentive I really appreciate that
Awesome food awesome!!!12 experience!!! I would recommend to any and everyone especially those who like spice and flavorful well seasoned food.
