Ordering process is awful. You do not talk with a local person. It also takes a while to even get online and order a pizza made to your specifications. Pizza ordered was promised to be ready in 25-35 minutes. It has been 50 minutes since pizza was ordered and it is just now being put together for cooking. Told it would be another 15-20 minutes!!
My order wasn't up to standards and I called the following day to make a complaint and have the food made correctly! I was told by Matt that I should have complained the same day and he can't pull my order up the following day...I placed the order close to closing time and it arrived at 10:46 which is after the store closes so who was I suppose to call that night? And let's not leave out the fact that I still had the food and told him I would return it so this was definitely not a case where someone wanted free food!! Poor service at it's finest and I hate that I placed another order before speaking to him bc I will never patronize this business again!
Ordered light pepperoni on the pizza the guy that took the order said ok. Got the pizza full of pepperoni took it back Manager said that option was not on the computer so he couldn't make a pizza with just a little amount of pepperoni. Wow then proceeded to tell me to leave. I have ordered many pizzas from here and for this very rude manager to not make my order right was uncalled for especially since his employee took my order with light pepperoni. Also don't try to place a phone order...they don't ever answer!!!
nope took or ordered them informed us they don't deliver to our location which they have multiple times .then didn't refund or money..

It's hit and miss, sometimes good sometimes not. I think it depends on the cook, there's a super sweet dark skin lady that works there. Seems it's good when she makes my food
I ordered from the Waycross location today and my order was 20 minutes late. Additionally, they gave me a portion of someone else’s order instead of the other half of mine. I attempted to call twice and each time was hung up on.

Not alt all happy wife picked up a med pizza bacon pepperoni and pizza didn't have hardly any bacon and bottom was over cooked. Will not go back anytime soon.
Pope John's needs to bring back its founder John Schnatter..the pizza just isnt the same since he left..
