The food is nasty my son just went there they served spicy nuggets that you couldn’t even eat! Wow! Just sickening.
My friend and I visited the Waycross location of McDonald’s by the college and she placed an order for a big Mac with a quarter pounder with cheese on the daily combo deals for buy one sandwich get one for a dollar off of the app and this is what she received. The order was not even being taken correctly after the code was given the order was already placed on the screen that we did not make that they tried to say that was us and we did not the young man who turned out to be the cook was laughing and he’s the one who cooked the food and came to the window laughing about it like everything was funny it’s like three sandwiches and none of them were even right at all at that point that’s when she requested a refund please check your food from here on out this is definitely very disappointing as this is only the only choice of food after a certain time of night in our town did you. The first sandwich of the quarter pounder with cheese was two patties broken half with not even a half a piece of cheese the big Mac that was sent out first was paperthin with holes throughout the sandwich the second one that was sent out of the quarter pounder was paperthin and very bloody underneath the second big Mac that was sent out was burnt and still not cooked correctly and the third wasn’t even bother to look at because it still was not going to be correct because it was the same cook that’s when she requested a refund and got laughed a.
Went to the register to order and pay cash. Was to I had to use the Kiosk tell them no I was paying with cash and they had to open register was told to sue you as the chaos I told him no and had I left. Really needs to work on customer service attitudes. I understand there’s a pandemic and not that many people are wanting to work but do better with what you have management really needs to step it up and make these people work and act like they want to have a job.
Slow. No customer service. Understaffed. Focus was on drive-thru, we were walkin. Kiosks did not work properly. Dirty. No toy in the happy meals. Kids liked the nuggets, but wanted 6 piece, kiosk did not give that option.
Sat in line between 20 and 30 minutes just waiting to place my order. Vehicles backed blocking the driveway in and out of the Circle-K store parking lot. While myself and about 10 others wait to place an order three employees walk outside to put trash in the dumpster. One dolly of trash that could have very easily been handled by one employee. Then when I finally make it to the window to pay for the food I ordered the cashier working the window was in the middle of a video call with whom she advised was her daughter. I finally got to pay for the meal after a few minutes of waiting on her to finish her video call and had to wait another 3 minutes to have her ask me to pull forward and they will bring me my sandwiches. After another 7 minutes my sandwiches were brought out to me. THIS IS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, it should not take over an hour. You can go inside a Longhorn steak house and eat a full meal and be back in your vehicle and done in less time.
Do not come here! HORRIBLE SERVICE. People lined out the door and nobody working the front.Employees working the drive through slow as molasses, some just casually walking around without a care in the world, no sense of urgency at all.I saw at least six people walk out before I did.2/22/22 at 8:p.m.
Every time this comes up for review I have to remind myself that this is the only McDonald's that I do it to Intown okay I realize you're going to McDonald's in a small town but this one has the better service and it's part of a gas station so I don't get it but this is where I go the line gets backed up sometimes but it's also funny 4 hours a day so everybody knows that truly great place to stop when you're traveling easier to park a motorhome or a tractor trailer good options
Well. I’m almost speechless. Apparently, myself and three other customers came during play time for the employees. Don’t pay at kiosk. You will be disappointed with your bonding time waiting for your food on the wall of shame. Nice to see employees feel they have all the time in the world to play and have fun.
Not bad. Should advertise 22 or 23 hours a day though. Not 24. Around 2-3am sometimes you can pay with cash, sometimes there's a cone and business is shut down.
They always have fresh french fries anybody that eats McDonald’s nose fries they are old I mean being cooked for more than 10 minutes aren’t very good. I highly recommend this place their food is as fresh as you can get at McDonald’s
