Staff outside smoking when i pulled up to the drivethru.... Waited 10 minutes and the car infront of me was at the order board and they still hadn't taken his order so i got out of drive thru and went inside waited 5 minutes while staff played around and looked right at me before they even took my order then waited 20 minutes before i asked where my food was worst place ever do not go here staff does not care about customers or customer service they need new management or owners
The one girl working was trying. The useless guys working today gave zero craps. Avoid this place.
Ordered four crystal burgers with some fries. They took 20 mins to do my order when the restaurant was empty. The fries were soggy and bland. Took a bite of the burgers and they were mushy and soggy. The place was unbelievably dirty. Kitchen was a disaster and there was dirt and trash on the floor and in the crevices. Mid service one of the workers departed for the restroom and left everything unattended. You could hear a phone playing a video in the back so I assume someone was just in their phone. Employees had no hair restraints so that would explain why to top it all off, there was a hair in my food. I will not go back and would advise no one to go dine at this location. I am not exaggerating when I say that me, at 15 years old can run this establishment more efficiently.
Gas and coffee seem to go together in a weird sort of way. That's a stop that has mostly everything you need to start or end your day. Fast and clean in and out. Almost always bumping into someone you know and everyone is always in a rush. Nice place and fresh donuts. Wheelchair accessible public restrooms and if you can't find a drink you like you probably didn't look hard enough.
Arrived at location to meet a couple standing near the counter. Asked them if they have ordered yet and their response was "yeah, about 30 mins ago". I stood at the counter while the 2 employees that were there walked passed me multiple times without even a "hello" or a "be right with you". The only other customers I seen were the couple that was waiting for their food. They(Krystal's) were not busy at all. They just didn't give a darn about doing their job. While standing there being ignored I observed that the location was filthy. There were french fries all over the floor. Grease and grime everywhere. Paper straw casings and burger wrappers on the floor near the counter. The place was TRASHY. I waited a total of 10 mins and was never greeted or acknowledged. I made my decision to go ahead and leave because I didnt have 30+ mins to wait for food that takes less than 5 mins to prepare. Also I didn't want to eat from a place that was obviously disgusting. If their showroom and counters were that dirty how dirty do you think the kitchen is?
Extremely slow , especially unprofessional in as much as they off-putting and quite unfreindly....... of course this does not apply to all employees or all shifts ,it is very speratic! They also regularly leave inside access doors open and then look at you silly when walk in expecting to be served, only to later be told the drive thru is only open at that time!?! Why not just lock the front door access and or put up a sign saying so ?
Order was all messed up. But it wasn't the guys fault. He was obviously new and trying hard. His trainer was outside smoking and the guy was left to figure it out on his own.Edit to respond:Of course I'll be back when I come to visit in Waycross. I stop by every time. There's no Krystal in my little town. Wish there was! ?
3 cars ahead of me took 38 minutes. Their headsets have been supposedly broken for three weeks. So they wait till you get to the window and cook each order individually. This is supposed to be fast food. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
Ordered 5 for $5.99. They didn’t give us but 4 items (left out the fries) and the bread on the chicken sandwich was wet and soggy. Then I tried to call them to ask about the fries but they won’t answer the phone... and I called 3 times.
It was a great experience food was delicious I got a steak and cheese toasted with extra provolone highly recommend
