Stopped in lastnight and ordered a 12 piece family meal. Asked for dark meat and was told that I would have to wait for it to be cooked. I told them "no problem" and the lady was rude and acted like it was a big deal for me to get what I ordered. I waited 10 mins from ordering til I got to the window and was told at the window that it only takes 12 mins to cook the meat I ordered. So I paid and pulled forward to wait longer. I sat there for another 20 mins and finally walked around to the front to see if my food was ready. I was told that it would be another 10 mins. So I asked for a refund. I don't understand how a 12 min cook time turned into almost an hour. Your employees are rude and nasty to your customers and it seems like they don't want to be there. I will not be back here again and I will spend my money elsewhere.
Order the 16 piece chicken every piece of chicken in the box is half cooked had to throw all the chicken away they are going to poison somebody

This is the worst kfc in the world!!!! This is the third time I've gone there and ordered an 8 piece and only get dark meat. There was NO breast and only a couple of wings!!! When you get all the way out in the country in blackshear and find it it more than socks. My husband does not eat darl meat!!! When you call back their answer is always come back we will fix it!!!! Thing is Gas is almost 4 dollars a gal right now!!!!!! This is the third time this has happened but it will not happen again!!!! I will never ear here again!!! I said that last time but this time I will not!!!!
Your staff at the drve threw are very rood and nasty. I will go elsewhere from now on. I have complained several times.
Service was good and quick. I got the extra crispy chicken with mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese. Everything was great.
Ordered 8 pc original and chic tenders…paid for them and didn’t get the tenders. Chicken wasn’t original unless it was left over. Not the first time I’ve ordered original and didn’t get it. This was around 6:30 too so you figured it would be good. NOPE
No gloves worn when fixing boxes for the food. The cashier put his hands on the paper that goes in the bottom before the chicken and then he forgot the biscuits.
Got 2three pieces chicken and potatoes. No bisket . I pay 8 dollars which isn't easy to come by.and didn't get all that I payed for..also no Cole slaw.
