Wife asked for over easy egg and bacon sandwich. She got a fried egg and sausage sandwich. Not happy!!!!!
True story, if they leave food out of your order and you call and mention that you did NOT even get a receipt where you paid they do not apologize or offer to replace the food. A young man answered the phone after that happened this morning on a breakfast order.Thanks for the jelly with no toast or cutlery. Plus the grits are way too salty since I'm being honest.I am just sick of people's lack of customer service or general courtesy. I would never treat my customers that way. It goes back to management for allowing slacking.
My state was half cooked Saturday night the second time come back out half cooked I would never eat at Jerry James on 5:20 again
I never post negative reviews, but this was not a good experience. Several of the items we tried to order off of the menu did not exist. When I got my order, my fries were cold. One plus, was that the young lady working there was very friendly, and did a good job helping us.
There's a few menu items here I really enjoy it has a variety of Southern Classic Foods also a drive-through for those in a hurry personal favorite is their Backyard Burger series they have three different ones they're all very good very homemade and there a local business so I'd rather do something kind of interesting about that and it's always like any Southern Restaurant we got to get a cup of sweet tea
Surprisingly delicious, I had never eaten here before today. Fresh, delicious and great service.
For a restaurant that has such good food I wish they had a larger menu, but then I may never leave ?. If you haven't been you need to go. Trust me you want be disappointed.
