Went in today for milkshakes like I have so many times before but today the milkshake was terrible it was like drinking straight milk. I informed the young lady Casey and told her it was not thick enough and she replied “ I have to follow a recipe”. I never ask for the recipe to be altered I just wanted my shake thicker like it’s supposed to be. She then informed me that the ice cream was too soft because it was just made it would have been nice to know that before hand. I will say this is the first time this has ever happened but it makes me not want to return ever. Moral of the story keep your slick remarks to yourself a simple ice cream is too soft to make it any thicker would have sufficed.
Pulled up at 8:33pm on 6-30-2022 to be turned around it the front door by staff stating they were closed. Operating hours are posted open until 9pm. When asked why they were closing early staff just shrugged their shoulders at me and shut the door. When did this become ok for staff to close early? Poor customer service,people skills,and work ethic are gonna cause me to stay away from this place of business.
Had Philly cheese and it was great so we're onion rings. Waitress very friendly and helpful
My family and I have eaten here on 3 separate occasions, EVERY time the service is incredible slow, the ticket is never right, and the frise are soggy. There was even one occasion where the server tried to ad food For herself onto our ticket, just a friendly tip, check your ticket before you pay.
The staff is amazing! They are pleasant because they want to be not because they have to be. Food is wonderful. This combination keeps us coming back.
First time visiting Hwy 55 and was thoroughly impressed with the food and cleanliness of the establishment. We sat down , ordered and our food came fast and hot. Our waitress was on top of everything and kept things going. I recommend the Pimento Cheese and Bacon Burger and Fried Pickles...it was outstanding!
Ate lunch there today with my son and his wife. We ladies both had the delicious shrimp platter with fries. Their tea is sweet, the way I like mine. Michael gets his regular, the 11 oz. Dbl cheeseburger with fries. We women had some to take home. The man did not. We had friendly, efficient service from our server Shamaya.
Went around 3 o’clock on a Tuesday. Friendly prompt service & burgers, fries & onion rings were fresh & very good—not greasy. Highly recommend ???
We in today at 8:40 the female up there to me that. they didn’t have ice cream. 2 minutes late the people that was sitting in there had ice cream cones and shake. The DoorDasher that walk in right behind me and order 4 milkshake Katie was the server name. If you don’t wanna make ice cream just say that don’t lie.
