My husband's food was fine but I started to eat my burger with the white cheese and mushrooms and that's when I noticed a hair. I took it up to the counter and one of the male workers asked me what was wrong and I told him. He asked if I wanted another one and I said yes please. I left it right there on the counter so they would know what I had. The workers seemed to of thought it was funny because as I was walking away they were laughing. When I sat back down with my husband I could hear them talking about me. Very unpleasant experience don't know if I want to go back here. ?
First time in a long time since we have been here. Ordered Frisco Angus Burger. It was delicious! Everything was fresh & hot! Service was awesome! Clean. Overall a very good experience!
Hardee's in Waycross Ga has started doing the same thing all over again. The line was wrapped all the way around the building. So I went on the inside to place my order another person walked in behind me. Will the line one the outside had come full circle with other cars that was able to place their orders while me and the other gentleman was still waiting to place and order. There were 2 cashier neither one of them came over to take our order, however they both looked at us as if we were nothing and we didn't matter. They just continued to work the drive throw. I thought the services would be better but, i guess they only do right when the onwer is standing over them as before. If one of those ladies were the supervisor she needs to be let go, because if she do this all the time she causing this company to lose MONEY. I had other people to say they would not spend a penny there will i have now joined them.
I only ate there once so my opinion is not worth maybe what your seeking. Fast and hot food but my order was messed up to make three trips back to the front counter. Maybe new at their jobs but again not certain. So I think sometimes things start off well. They were very good about all and corrected the errors. And they smiled and were more than happy to fix the order.
How can you tell a customer you would make it right and then when the customer comes back for the free meal you offered you no longer can commit to your end of the deal? Absolutely ridiculous and won’t be back!
Hardee's restaurant was the best food I ever had.
Worst burger ever. The meat was like room temp and looked like it had been cooked much earlier. Way to much mayo and the tomato was drowned in it.Fries were cold in the 5 minutes it took to get home. The chocolate shake was good but not enough to overcome the burger and fries.
ALWAYS BEEN AWESOME ? HOT N FRESH! MY GRANDPARENTS ATE THERE EVERY DAY FOR YEARS AND YEARS..THEY WERE VERY VERY RICH SO I TRUSTED THEIR TASTE!!???
This Restaurant was Great before the Pandemic and before they closed. After reopening they had some growing pains, we waited and occasionally would eat there and saw some slow improvement.We eat there more often, now that they seem to be back up to par and doing a good Job at getting orders correct and the food fresh and hot.
This place is amazing! Best Hardee’s anywhere. The employees have the best attitude - not anything like the usual “Covid I don’t care” that you get at much of fast food today. Great management- great employees - great food - perfect looked just like the picture - sandwich perfectly made and wrapped perfectly - quick courteous service at the window. Can’t say enough good things about my experience tonight and the effort of the employees to make it happen! If you want to be dazzled by what a Hardee’s should be - stop in and let them dazzle you. Seriously!
