I was one of the women that helped you that night when you had wanted to change your baby diaper.
Customer service was great .....but my doughnuts and jelly filled munchkins weren't fresh.
They tried so hard to be fast and accurate .
The drinks are great an the ice cream ? too
This might’ve the best customer service I have ever experienced here tonight! The two women that were working, I unfortunately did not get their names, we’re so incredibly sweet. I felt bad because I went to the drive-through about 15 minutes before they were going to close and I just asked them to make me whatever drink they felt like making me since they didn’t have the one that I originally wanted. The drink was absolutely delicious, shout out to you girl who made it for me. I also needed to change my daughters diaper and I asked if I can come in and change it, they were more than happy to let me in to do that. I seriously felt so bad because it was so close to closing, but they were more than happy to help me.
We had an issue with the app and the manager took care of the problem without an issue. We have been here several times in the past 5 months and every time the staff was extremely nice and friendly. I recommend this store to all.
I got a doesn't and they were not fresh. I am only giving you two stars becous your help were nice to me.
This location is consistently out of multiple products; donut holes, coffee flavors, etc. They change their hours and lobby availability by the day. Most of their employees are rude and refuse to refund mobile orders when they are out of whatever was ordered.
Coffee and tea taste good. The pink strawberry coconut refresher doesn't taste so great but probably not their fault. The workers were very nice and friendly.
The people who waited on us were very nice, but the owners are jerks. All of the leftovers are thrown out and people go dumpster diving to get perfectly good food. They will not donate anything to local food banks or shelters either. Also they no longer have ice cream.
