On any given day, I'd leave a very positive review, but today... We ordered two meals, one medium & one large; the total was $23+. This total was significantly over the amount we usually spend, so I'm assuming I had a puzzled look on my face. The cashier spoke right up, telling me the extra was for the ketchup packets I requested. Now don't get me wrong - I did ask for ten packets (my daughter's a ketchup person - big time). Tbh, for a large meal, that's probably not so very many, but whatever. I said I was not paying extra for ketchup (the ones with the hard plastic casing), so she said she could provide six. The price dropped to $17.83! So basically, she was charging me over $5 for FOUR packets of ketchup. ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY NOT! I'll think twice before I go back... Note: the ketchup packets over with the straws & stuff were available, but my daughter likes the ones from behind the counter.
I visit this establishment 5-7 times a week and most in the mornings for my breakfast. I usually receive amazing service but there is one worker in particular who stands out the most with her uncompromising focus on customer service and polite demeanor. The woman's name is Liza (unsure of her last name) and she deserves all the good things Chick-fil-a has to offer her!!!
I don't know what they've done, but the sandwiches are thin, fried too long, the oil they use gives the sandwich the taste of fish like they didn't change out last week's oil. Most of the time the fries they give you are the size of medium instead of large that we paid for.They have gone down since 2020.
3/19/2022 I came in tonight and hade the worst experience first off the line for the drive-thru was out at the road and I could not get in, and honestly I could have lived with that but I parked my car and went inside. The employee at the register was too busy gossiping with her friends that came in talking about how this place is hell and she can't wait to go home and just continued to talk with them after a short time another employee stated we have other customers. She finally asked me to step forward I stated my order and she asked me to repeat it because she was still too busy interacting with her friends from afar. I can't say I'm surprised for the area it is Waycross getting good help is hard I understand. I had an incident back in December of the same location while pulling up 15 minutes prior to them closing the employee said turn the lights off and pretend we're not here over the loudspeaker. so in conclusion I do not recommend this Chick-fil-A every other Chick-fil-A beats this one.
This was the first time I've visited a Chick-fil-A that was able to get my order correct.We stopped in on our way to Florida and were presently surprised with the level of service at this location. We always use the mobile app to order and pay.I'll happily visit this location again.
Chick fil A is always good. They can definitely move cars through the drive through. If you haven't had their Mac and cheese, try it. It's better than any sit down restaurant I've had!
Chik-fil-A has always had great food for the price. The staff is always overly friendly and helpful. I feel that the restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. We usually order the grilled chicken club meal or the grilled chicken wraps. Both are awesome! They have our business for life!
Grilled chicken nuggets are a personal favorite!! I also love the waffle fries and lemonade. There mac and cheese is awesome as well! I'm rarely disappointed with them! They always have a smile on their face and very friendly!
Breakfast here is always good but the hours have gotten kind of weird. Never know from week to week what time they're going to open or if the inside is going to be open or just the drive-thru. Really should have a set schedule.
I seek out Chic-fil-A 'S because of quality food & service. Waycross site was a Great Dissapointment!!! Food very SubStandard.Need to take a visit to Vidalia - always great !!!
