Never gets order right! Finally got tired of being shorted food that I paid for so I called to let them know. The manager on duty assured me that my name would be written down and I could come back ANY time and get them. Upon returning the manager informed me that my name was not in his book so therefore I was out of luck! Will NOT be back and will be calling the cooperate office!!!
First of all, I usually loveee the food from the captain D's...the fish usually is cooked to perfection so I'm not sure exactly what happened last night. But I literally ordered a 4 piece fish meal and only ate 1 1/2 fillets because the fish was so undercooked and mushy. You could literally taste the batter was not fried completely ???I literally almost threw up at the thought of my fish not being cooked. Unfortunately this location in Waycross has lost me as a customer when it comes to their fish. I may purchase sides from there.
The food was pretty great for a fast food establishment! The lady that took my order and worked the window was super friendly. The food was fresh and hot.
Captain ds in waycross was Excellent, Staff treated you like you were somebody, food is Excellent, I will go back again.
Food is good. Customer service is horrible.
Gotta give a 5. Always friendly and accurate. I just wish they could price down a bit so I could buy even MORE?
