I was in the process of ordering the 2 for $10 meal and the lady taking orders was rude. Her tone was off the second I got there. I asked for a big fish on one and a chicken sandwich for the other. She kept repeating what do you want for your second sandwich. I then repeated I want a big fish for one meal and a chicken sandwich for the other meal. This was approximately 1:45 p.m 5/7/22. She then started to shout at me. I know the difference between speaking up so people can hear you and just flat-out, (I don't want to be here tone) I said nevermind your being kinda rude and through the speaker she said "whatever". I drove up someone else apologized on her behalf and I got not apology from her. Obviously her peers could hear her. Last time they forgot an item and as you know it the type of drive through you're in. By that time cars had piled up. It's hard for me to walk being a disabled vet and all. So I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order correct.
Horrible...25 minutes in thru thru then missing half our order and cold food...
The food is good. It’s the drive thru service that’s actually less than “1 star” service. Very rude. No friendly thank you or anything. 3/5/22 at 8:25 pm. The owner needs to do a personnel make over.
The food has been freshly cooked both times. Everyone in the drive thru has been extremely friendly! The only downfall has been the wait, but I won't complain since the food has been fresh!
Waited in lin for breakfast biscuits that had already been prepared and was cold. Drink machine was one of those that offers soda from one dispensar. Drink tasted poorly. Poor breakfast
The service was absolutely awful. You ask for something specific, and when they get it wrong, they scoff and get snobby. They were super rude and the drive thru girl answered her phone in front of me and slammed the window shut as i tried asking her a question. The manager wasn’t too nice either. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when i asked for it to be plain they messed up and put everything on it. When i told them i ordered it plain, the girl scoffed at me and then SCRAPED everything off. and handed it back to me. I am 100% dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of care these employees/managers have for their customers.
This Burger King has gotten so slow. Waited over 20 for order. This is definitely not fast food. One of the best hamburgers around but service is turning people off.
Amazing customer service! Only two people were working the entire place but they were working hard.Also made an amazing brownie batter milkshake!
I have been coming into Waycross Burger King for years and really enjoy eating there but at times it has been not a very satisfying experience until this year. I absolutely enjoy going in when Anita is working. She is a total asset to Burger King and a joy to see when I come down to have lunch. I have worked in the food service sector for almost 30 years and mostly in management and I recognize greatness and a positive light. I sure hope you guys do everything in your power to recognize reward and retain such a fantastic employee. I haven’t experienced such friendliness and productivity at this location in so many years I can’t recall. I have lived in Waycross all my 45 years and this is exactly the kind of manager this restaurant has been longing for ! I give her five stars when she really deserves more !
Waited at the Drive-thru at least 20 minutes without placing our order, finally we was able to back out and leave and go elsewhere. We saw other people doing the same.
