Mixed reviews on this visit. The good part.... sweet tea was good, Mozzarella sticks were hot & fresh, French Dip sandwich was good. The bad part...... fries were burnt, sauce containers were empty, waited at least 5 minutes for staff behind the counter to get sauce packets. The walls are crumbling inside. I much rather visit the Jesup, GA location than the Waycross location.

Terrible experience! They did not have any roast beef prepared. They do not offer military discount. If you pay with cash, you must have exact change because they do not have any change. No paper, so no receipts either. Very unprofessional and poorly managed.
Sooooooo slow. Chances are you’ll sit at the speaker for a solid 5-7 minutes before you pull around to the window. Sometimes I’m not even sure whether they’re open or not because I’ll pull into the drive thru (with no cars in line) and it takes them several minutes to say anything on the speaker. If there are no cars in the drive thru and dine-in isn’t available, what’s taking them so long…? Food is good but the wait is ridiculous. Can’t even make it here and back to work before my lunch break is over (I work literally a block away).
Customer service isn't even worth the one star I HAD to give in order to post this. I traveled from Florida and the minute I pulled up to the microphone to order, the staff taking orders stated, "hold on". As she proceeded, her customer service was very poor and disrespectful! I turned down services and I wouldn't recommend anyone to give any business their hard worked for funds, in return for disrespect, just because someone "needs a job". One of the main reasons I don't choose Arby's now. Disgusted! Have a passion in what you do or find another occupation. Customer service is HUGE for me!
Cold food, asked for Arby's sauce. Said was in the bag. Horsy sauce is different. Employees arguing about customer in front of me in drive-thru order was Wrong Also ! Guess Customer Service Don't matter to some Restaurants.. smhhh
Sat in line 5 minutes before opening. They opened at 10. No one would come onto the speaker and kept inside door locked. Person inside looked at me and the other car. We went back to the drive thru and still would not respond to us. Left 10 minutes later.
Me and my husband went through the drive thru and the young man working Robert was very sweet and very professional. There was a 5 minute wait on an item we ordered he came and asked us if it was ok or did we want to order something else which most places wouldn't even care to ask their patrons. He even offered us a drink because of the extra wait.To be honest this is the first time in years we have been to Arby's because of the old staff that worked there. I can honestly say from the manager to the employees Arby's has greatly approved and we will most definitely be returning to eat here again very soon.
Purchased 2 meals and asked for extra Arby’s sauce. Young guy told me no, I’ll give you 4. I asked and received my refund. $20 worth of food but skimping on some packs of Arby’s sauce. He was upset and pour the drink out and threw the cup across the kitchen. Unreal and unprofessional!...
Slow service, was not told that they didn't have straws until my food was given to me and I had to back through the drive thru to get them and then was told that they didnt have any. Food was hot but over cooked. Not very happy with the food or service.
