My wife and I exclusively ate at this Zaxbys location because no other location could get our order right and as of lately they can't get anything right. This is the second time that they have made our orders wrong so we won't be coming back.
My wife and I stopped at this location while traveling north from South Georgia. Kim, an employee at this location is so nice and professional. She made us feel like a valued customer. She is the epitome of customer service!
I needed to have my meat sliced due to some difficulties with my jaw. The employees at this location went above and beyond and even chipped up my meat for me! It was among the easiest meals for me to at since my dietary restrictions began. Thank-you!
The coleslaw tasted like they added sanitizer to the batch. It was a horrible experience! I think whom ever makes the coleslaw most have to eat it before they sell it!!The coleslaw, when it's made just right, is perfect. But it's like it's usually been made horribly lately. I say, let's go on a COLDSLAW STRIKE!Don't buy the COLDSLAW!
I'm not normally a fan of Zaxby's, but this location has been killing it lately. I've actually liked the chicken (fries are still a hit or miss). The team members are nice, too.
Friendly and prompt service. Kicken Chicken was good. I love getting the option to get a diet Sprite Peach flavored!
Went there a few weeks ago. First, they were out of stock on wings. Second, they asked me if I wanted to get more fries, I declined. They charged me extra for more fries that I didn't order. Third, they upcharged me for a larger drink I also didn't order. Fourth, I ordered extra sauces, they didn't give me those or even all the sauces that were supposed to come with the meal. Fifth, I ordered fried mushrooms and they gave me a small box that barely had anything in it. Sixth, when I gave online feedback through Zaxby's that they charged me extra money for stuff I didn't order, then didn't give me the stuff I requested; I just got an email saying sorry. No reimbursement or anything. I asked for my money back just for the things I didn't receive or want, and no response.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. The Owner, General Manager, and Crew Members are racist. Was constantly told to go outside to take orders in the heat while pregnant. There also was another pregnant employee that never went outside to take orders because she was the general managers, brother girlfriend. Was fired because I sat down outside because I was getting over heated while taking orders, and because I told my the general manger I had a full time job and could only work saturdays and sundays. Made it seem like I always caught attitudes with customers which wasn’t true, also said he fired me because I wasn’t repeating orders back to customers, neither were the workers I was working with. Their RACIST the Russell Parkway location and Watson location. I don’t recommend anyone who’s African American to work at neither location.
Good but they have me someone's else's order. I usually always check it but in a hurry and different. Food was good just no Cobb grill ckn salad for my wife..
