Zaxby's is always good. I stay away from the salads when on-the-go, since they dropped the Mediterranean dressing.
No I don’t take pleasure in saying this in a review but I got my food I was eating and the fries tasted expired and gross and the chicken tenders had kind of a bad spoilt chicken taste to it and as of the time I’m making this post I’m throwing up my guts in the zaxbys bathroom p.s watch your roaches better I saw one crawl across the front counter and under the phone by the register
Went to drive through on Sunday at 5;30 PM. Gave order to outside folks. Ordered Zalad with blur cheese dressing. Got home, had salad and NO dressing. Ever eat a salad with NO dressing. Couldn't get order right to kitchen 15 feet away.
Good chicken but nothing to write home about. Except the kickin chicken sammich. You'll write hike about that.
Just ordered the chicken club meal, got home to find no sauce in my order, so the person taking my order wasted her time asking. Cheese wasn’t on sandwich, it was half off hanging on the side and one dime size pickle, fries were soggy. The last visit I’ll make to your store, to many messed up orders and low quality food. Y’all need to do better!
I was picking up a very large order for a party and unfortunately there was a mixup with the system on the pick up time. However, the team at this Zaxbys put in 110% effort and we’re able to knock out a $300 order in about 20 minutes. Needless to say, I’m impressed and will be doing catering orders with them again.
Food was bad didn't chicken wings tried to order chicken plate and they didn't have coleslaw the only thing that was good was the tea
Got a black and blue salad with fried mushrooms. It was pretty tasty. The main issue I had was some of the lettuce was browning. Also asked for no tomato and it looked like they added twice the amount that's normally on it. It a easy to pick both of those things out. Other than that they were fast and friendly.
This was a good choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That in itself was impressive. The food was good as well.
Zaxby's chicken on Hwy 96 is terrible within two I been there my food was cold. I use to live in Macon off Bass Road my food was never cold You fries should always be hot. Living in Kathleen I thought maybe the fast food restaurant food would be hot and tasty. I will never go back to Zaxby's on hwy east off 96. Warner Robins just as bad thank you Macon for making me proud
