I will neverrrr eat here again ! I am so disgusted and disappointed with my overall experience. I purchased 3 cookies like I normally do , but I did think it was strange that the cookies were thrown to the bottom of the bag under all the plates. When I got home and unwrapped the package, I noticed a ball of aluminum foil was on top of the cookies….. well it appears somebody decided to leave their nasty lunch trash inside of my cookies. I immediately called the store to let them know, but nothing happened. I spoke a with a manger (Zakey)who didn’t seem too apologetic or to care about what happened. If possible go to the Zaxby’s on Russell, this one has terrible customer service.
My second time ordering from here. Used the app this time. Both times I ordered coleslaw and didn't get it. This time the app failed to add it, first time was in person. I ordered the 30 piece wing deal... Picked out the sauces and it showed..no ranch though I picked it out on two of the ten packs. Chicken wings taste like paste and were terrible. Last time I order from Zaxby's. Don't waste your money.
Food is usually fine but customer service is severely lacking. Every time go to drive thru it’s like I’m bothering them. No have a nice day or anything just hands the bag and says nothing or says “here”. I Always say thank you and rarely get any response. Do better zaxbys
The best location in middle GA. They’re always on point! I’m starting to try to leave good reviews and not only ones where I see the need for improvement. Good small way to highlight the bright spots in the community.
Forgot our order and didn’t give me extra fries but we were still charged. Probably just a rough night.
The food was hot and “normal” for Zaxby’s. The place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. It is a dump and is filthy. I’ve been in cleaner bathrooms at truck stops in Turkey. If the customer accessible areas are this bad, how are the areas that cannot be seen? I’ll bet not too spiffy.
Don't leave the drive thru without checking your order I spent $40 got home was missing my signature sandwich large combo $8.69 all the manager could say is sorry we can put you on a credit list yeah so when you come back they can spit in your food for complaining right. Never going back.
Worst Chicken I ever had. It was like it was pieces of chicken Glued together alot of Grissle! Yuk
