Went here for lunch yesterday. It was busy, so you would think the food would be fresh. I got boneless wings that were cold. Also, the drink machine gave me diet coke that was mostly water with just a touch of mixer.
I used to work as Zaxby's and this is so disappointing. You don't get what you pay for like you're supposed to. You're supposed to get 5 ounces of fries and this being double fries (replaced the cole slaw) looks more like 4 ounces all together. The chicken fingers have gotten slighty better compared to the chick nuggets I normally get, and the last thing is the toast. Good it's not burnt but it definitely was soggy.

Went at 8pm last Friday. Google says they are open until 10pm. Waited in line for 20 min because it wasn't moving. Ordered a blackened blue salad and fried mushrooms, was told they were out of both things because it was too close to them closing. A written sign was on the speaker saying they close at 9pm. Drove to 96 and went to a different Zaxby's and got my order. This is normally my go to because it's closer and normally they are fast and polite. Hopefully just an off night and I can change my review next time I go.
I’m so tired of this location closing when they feel like it. My daughter went through the drive thru at 9:10, they don’t close until 10 but they wouldn’t serve her. I’m calling corporate!
I'd love to leave a review for their food but I couldn't because they were Closed, even though they're Google listing has them open. Only if there was a way to change that. I waited in line at the drive-thru only to find out that they were closed for me but the car in front of me they went ahead and took. SMH
There was a slight confusion retrieving my order but as always the food was super good. And to be fair the cashier, a young man with glasses did a superb job running front line. Thank you to management for not sitting in the office, the managers assistance and apology for the confusion was bonus worthy. Thanks corporate, you've got a super crew at this location. Everyone should experience such great customer service and attentiveness. I will definitely be returning.
Was not very happy when I got my food. It was cold. And did not look like the picture on the menu. No tomato, no lettuce. Even the fries were cold. To say the least, I will NOT be going back to Zaxby's on Booth Road.
It’s always a hit or miss. Either the boneless wings are fried too hard or they are cold. The wings never have enough sauce on them even when requesting extra sauce. Fries are sometimes soggy… ugh I’m so over this location. I may go back to not eating at any zaxbys because they just can’t get it right.I give them 2 stars because they do seem to be nice when I get to the window other than that the quality of the food is horrible!
