I called Wendy’s. I said hello nicely and the lady hung in my face, and didn’t even let me order my food. She was very disrespectful.
Ordered a baconator, got a chicken sandwich. Ordered junior cheeseburger deluxe, just got the burger without the veggies. It's valid to be upset paying for things you didn't ask for. One of the workers were picking fights with the other inside of the restaurant it was pretty awkward.
I just got lunch here and in my fries, I found a dead raw beetle or roach and I’m disgusted. We reported it to the workers and all they said was “i don’t know how it got there.” Worst experience I’ve ever had
Very fast pickup; but this will be my second time receiving raw/ undercooked meat
Wendy's is good it's similar to any other fast food restaurants with burgers and biscuits but they have a bakery part to them with cookies and stuff along with there Frosty I like those alot
I saw the way your employees were discriminating a Latino today, so much for your employees they are the first preaching Black Lives Matter but turn around and discriminate a Latino it is shameful. I never seen so much ratchet behavior in my entire life, your store is being run like a monkey show in a circus ? Yesterday you lost my business
Terrible customer service
My husband and I stop by to get some lunch today. A small group of 6 hispanics were in line in front of us. Each one ordered separately and knew enough English to do so. A couple didn’t understand “single,double, or triple” so the cashier yelled “ do you want one, two, or three patties?!?” At which time they answered. Then another lady from they back came up and told the cashier not to ask for their names; just put pqrstuv on the order and they will answer to it. A little while later, everyone was eating their meals, the cashier came out to the lobby yelling incoherently. Then she took a meal outside to a vehicle and came back in. One of the hispanics got up to throw away his trash. The cashier started yelling at him “hey boy! Hey boy” I’m talking to you!!” The man lowered his head and walked back to his seat. The cashier went back behind the counter saying to the other employees “I didn’t do anything wrong! I didn’t say anything wrong! They should know better than to come here!” WTF! I don’t care to hear everyone’s opinions on immigration. That has nothing to do with this. This has to do with plain out racism and about treating everyone with respect. — eating lunch at Wendy's (1295 South Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA).
Sorry for not giving a 5 star but I don't work here we had to be our own cashier on the kiosk. The lady that gave us our food was not very nice either. I have been in her shoes before as working at a fast food restaurant. The breakfast was not what it said it was either it was suppose to be hot and honey the only thing it was they honey. The guys in the place were very nice and helpful.
Food was hot and fresh, but there was alot more mayo than necessary. Lettuce and tomato was FRESH tho! 9/10 would recommend.
