Staff was great. Food and frosty's we're done quickly. We tried the strawberry frosty. I enjoyed it, my son wasn't thrilled.

Always Great Food. Always the best customer service. The older guy that is normally working the Drive Thru has such AMAZING customer service. Always has a smile and very polite. Give that man a raise. (I always forget his name, I'll update with it the next time I eat there).

This Wendy's has the friendliest staff!! They were very helpful and nice to my daughter as we were in a hurry and on the way out of town.

Food be good and fresh the problem is they always forget to put everything you ask for in the bag. Even if it's separate orders they won't put the orders in separate bags, always with bad attitudes. Why work if you gonna run the customers away??

Today I went to Wendy's and there was a long line so I went inside. Upon entering the establishment was very clean and hand sanitizer visible to use which was very helpful. My order was taken quickly and the cashier was very polite. When I got my food I had everything in my bag and my items was fresh. I enjoyed very much and will be returning soon

Potato was quite small.Also, there was 1 woman waiting on her order at the counter. Despite there being no one else waiting, no one acknowledged me (yes, I was seen) or even greeted for over 5 minutes. There were 7 employees within sight at the time.I think "Rude" would describe tone of the visit. Rather counterproductive for an establishment that claims they value their customers and want their repeat patronage.Like I stated previously, the potato was smallish. And unremarkable, average tasting. Will I be back? Probably not. There are plenty of restaurants out there who want and value their business.

Customer service was rude. I've spoken nice from the ordering screen to the pickup window. Overall the food was great. employees need to work on their people skills

Joanna was awful. We had gotten an order in the drive thru, when we got a salad it had a hair in the avocado!We took it back to the restaurant, they said “Okay? Go throw it away yourself.” They did give us another salad, but it was put together horrible, salad coming out the side of the container, along with it being covered in avocado.They had no care for customer service, they were rude and didn’t care about the service that they were giving. Would not recommend.

Wraped around cars at drive thru and only 2 - 3 customer inside. Went inside and customers ignored for up to 20 minutes before any of us were acknowledged then before greeting she says "its going to take a while whatever you order..." 2 guests including myself and another I was with decided to goto Cookout and were able to drive there, walk in, order and get food in under 6 mins... Seemed to be a staffing issue.

Absolutely ridiculous today on 4/15/22 online shows Wendy's opens at 5AM. Went threw drive thru and pick up window to order biscuits for the office, waited to order and pick up window only to be ignored by employees inside. Please communicate with employees on what to do if they can't open at regular business hours as well as explain to customers why they can't HELP or take order...my time was wasted and the employees RUDE!
