I really enjoy W/H restaurantts. They are all over the place. They sure beat the fast food places - I have yet to have to wait even when theyy are busy. The food is always HOT and made TO ORDER. I ask that my hash browns be extra criispy and they are. Always excellent service. I hhhave yet to eat anything that I wouldn't orrrrder again. I have also yet to visit a store that I wouldnt go back to. Keep up the good work. OH, and I have begun to tip the cook.
Nice way to end a long day. Bacon was crispy and tasty, scrambled eggs were just right, bowl of grits were hot and very good, but my pecan waffle was the best. Service was very good.

Wow! What a great experience! Food is better than most other Waffle Houses (always good...) but the people here make the visit worth while! They are all so nice and looks like they really enjoy being here! They even started dancing when a good song came on! Way to go Waffle House on Russell!
Horrible service!!! Middle age white woman, blond hair in a ponytail and hot pink nails didn't acknowledge me let alone take my order and walked away when I came back to the counter to get my food. I told I wanted to pick up my order, she kept looking down doing what she was doing and walked the hell away. The girl that did take my order took forever to come over to the counter. I had a tip for her but she was to busy with something else to even give me my order as well, the cook had to get my order. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!
I was in town from Sparta at 5 am at the emergency vet and we needed food and coffee while we waited. We stopped at the Waffle House and the third shift crew was wonderful! The food and service were great!
I went to this morning grab some food and the white middle age lady at the register was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and racist just with me. She acted nice with all the other customers, she also forgot to add silverware and condiments on my to-go order. If you’re thinking about going to this location avoid it there’s many other waffle houses around the area with nicer staff.03/13/22
Good food and calm atmosphere. Our server Reilly was a doll and very sweet. Waffle House on Russell parkway won't be the same after she graduates and leaves for Texas.
Had a worker sit down at a table behind us vaping while we were waiting for our food and then proceeded to tell other customers that were walking in that they were closed as she was setting out play cards for all the workers to play
