The wait time was awful. The entire staff was not rude, only one individual. Overall the staff was very pleasant with that one exception, but they were very slow!! I waited much longer than I should have and there were several customers complaining of the wait time. I will not be visiting this place again. I was in there waiting on one smoothie longer than I was shopping in Walmart!!!! Makes no sense!!!! Highly disappointed and when the little girl rolled her eyes at me I really knew this was not an establishment that I will spend my hard earned coins in!!!!!!

I ordered Chipotle Chicken Flat Bread sandwich with chips & a Dragon Fruit smoothie online. I picked it up curbside and drove back to work. When I opened my sandwich up it was a Peanut Butter & Banana sandwich. I drove back to get it corrected and the manager, without an apology, made the correct sandwich. When asked "Can you make me another smoothie due to the inconvenience"? He replied "Nothing wrong w/ your smoothie just your food order"!! He offered Nothing to smooth over the mistake!! Zero customer service experience! Shop being ran by Children!!

I love the food and smoothies. They are definitely delicious and freshly made. But this location is just not great. I try to avoid this location and go to the one in Bonaire. The one here in Centerville never has the online orders ready or they hand you the wrong order even after you say what your name is.

Andre was super helpful! He was an awesome cashier with a great personality and gave me a delicous smoothie.

Went here yesterday, had a pretty horrible experience the cashier was not friendly at all and acted off when we were placing our order, after ordering i went to the restroom and the toilet appeared to not have been cleaned for quite a while judging by the bottom of the toilet, also there was trash everywhere….After I walked out an employee came up to me with food, and said “T T?” And I said what? He said “order for T T?” I said no that’s not me.Then he came back over to our table and he said “this isn’t your order for T T?” We looked at the order and determined that the cashier did not get out name so just entered T T, so that was our food. Also the smoothie that I received had large ice chunks and I could not drink it with the straw provided, but my wife’s smoothie was good.

Top notch experience. My flatbread was delicious and loaded with protein and the staff was nice. Manager checked in to make sure everything was good.

This place is so amazing, because the food and the smoothies are very natural and tssty

Otdered for curbside at 2:30, order was completed at 2:40 according to the app. I sat in my vehicle in FRONT of the door and watched while 4 employees, sit and talk. I went in at 2:57 and spoke with Riley Cochran, she had every reason why they hadn't brought my order out, couldn't give me a refund, and wasn NOT apologetic. She then realized my order was made and wanted to offer it to me. It's been sitting for almost 20 mins, you don't think it's cold?

I’ve never had any “bad” experience at this location. But I do feel like they could use some better customer service training. Regardless if I come into the store at 5pm or 7:47pm, you shouldn’t treat your customers as though it’s a burden to serve them. You’re open, you should treat your customers all the same.

The smoothies are constantly hit or miss, we typically try and go on the weekends because it seems the fruit is fresher or the workers are more competent. Sat in curbside with my kid for 10 mins, literally watched as workers looked and stared and even pointed (after I hit the “here” button). Had to walk in and ask for my order to which one of the employees (who seemed to be trying awfully hard to flirt with the only male employee) kind of made a joke at my name. If you want tropical smoothie, HIGHLY suggest driving to Macon or 96 because this one ain’t it.
