The women here are rude af, not only did we wait 35 minutes for the food but it wasn't even properly cooked if I could I would've given them 0 stars
The Taco Bell, on Lake Joy, Experience - The food is always great. But the customer service is a Hit or "Miss" depending on the crew on duty. All the employees should be trained that they ARE in a high customer service career and the "CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE" is what keeps them in business. Just ask Chick-Fil A
Everything else was ok but this was just unacceptable. Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves.
Shaterria is always kind and smiling and takes care of the customer. We frequent this location and always have a pleasant experience when Shaterria is working.
First time eating breakfast. Quick, friendly service. And the burritos weren't bad. My kids loved the fried donuts or whatever it was that came with the meal. I gave them mine.
If I could leave it zero stars I would. The lady at the window doesn't need to work in customer service. Rudest woman I've ever dealt with and I work in customer service myself. She honestly doesn't even need to be working with the public in general. Yall should make it where everything that is said is recorded then you'll see why this location is so horrible. It's the employees. They are some of the most nasty acting individuals I've ever experienced. ????
This Taco Bell has ongoing issues with their computers, where they can not take orders or you have to order through the app. I have NEVER received an unbroken taco from here. And if you'regetting take-out...be sure to check your order before driving off!
Fair food at its best sloppy made most of the time. Order on a kiosk now instead of a person.half my food is cold most of the time at any taco bell location has gone downhill the last few years not great food.
When you're in the mood for quick and tasty, you can't beat Taco Bell. Keep in mind it is fast food. Their dollar menu is better than most dollar burger menus.
I’ve tried to call several times and no one ever answers so I guess I’ll put this here. Please train your employees to not spray chemicals next to people eating. All I could taste were your cleaning supplies and I ended up throwing my food out. Not happy.
