Only people in line and tried changing quantity of a particular burrito from 2 to 4 and was told I'd have to drive back around to the order window. I could understand this if there was a line but there wasn't, plus the two women at the window were very rude about it. Also, the menu display is glitchy and wasn't showing the entire menu. This place reminds me why I don't do fast food.
Just ordered crunch wrap supreme, crunchy tacos, and burritos. EVERYTHING was SOGGY. They just stuffed everything into 1 bag, even the cinnamon swirls. Being fast food doesn't give them the right to just do whatever they want, I paid $30 for all this..
Not sure what kind of education it will take to read and prepare your order. 90% of the time when ordered vegetarian food, they mix meat in it. The reason ppl order vegetarian, THEY DON’T eat meat.
I understand being short staffed but don't go during your lunch break unless you have 30 minutes to kill
How are you going to gaslight customers' orders when they know exactly what they ordered? On top of that, you STILL get the order wrong. The fact that only 2-3 employees are there at any time shows how the owner doesn't care about the store. They just need to demolish this Taco Bell.
Everything I ordered was COLD!! How??? My food was so nasty but I was hungry so I ate some but not most of it smh.. I’m so mad.. my chalupa was all broke up and all the broken stake shell and cheeses fell out onto my carpet while opening it and it tasted stale on top of cold I swear I feel like crying
Been there 6 times and they screwed up 4 of them. Imagine the feeling of getting home after a long workday, only do to discover that you paid $14 for someone else's nachos.
quality of the food is good. not sloppy like most taco bells.
Food is always good but I do have a complaint. When I order NO tomato on my chalupa, I want to know how that translates to heavy tomato? Other than that, experience was good tho but when I don't want tomato, I don't want heavy tomato.
It had been a long time since I ate here but nothing has changed. You're still getting a lot of beans and a little meat. I would not recommend eating here.
