"Lot's of fire sauce" does not mean "No fire sauce"Screen was even correct. This kind of error is quite common.No receipt provided so no proof, clever.

More so writing this review as a potential warning. I’ve never had a good experience here, but seeing as how there’s only 2 restaurants open in the area late at night we frequent finding ourselves in this drive through, that being said we’ve never actually been able to order except maybe 3 times in the 7 years we’ve lived here, and never once has the order been correct. The drive through has become somewhat of a running joke between many people who live in the area, they almost never serve past 10 and always have some sort of excuse on hand. I’m not really sure how this restaurant stays open at this point. The warning is, they care so little about actually doing their job, how safe can the food really be to eat?
Food was underwhelming. The service was lacking as well, normally I get 2 orders (as I come here for a break at work and coworkers want to order with me) but they told me I could only do 1 order, which was upsetting. I worked around this by ordering one order and getting the price and subtracting it from the grand total. They asked if I wanted a bag, at the window, to separate my order, and to my surprise they gave me an empty bag. The drink machine pumped out some bad mtn dew, which didn't taste good at all, so I suggest they figure a method on fixing this for driveway people as they can't just hop back in line for a refill or better drink.
So glad the mexican pizza has returned! Oh how I missed it! The sauce was a little watered down. My order was finally correct so I didn't have to go back thru drive thru to fix it.
I hit up the drive thru at this place more often than I care to admit and they've only messed up an order once (forgot a couple items). The one time I went inside to pick up an order, the place was immaculately clean.
I live close to this location and am pleased with there breakfast staff 99.9 percent of the time my food is right early in the morning. the late night crew on the other had has messed up my order on multiple occasions and had me pull around just to bring out a bag of all cold food that was missing 3 items and two items were wrong out of what we got. The manger on duty was very rude about me trying to order and then claimed the card machine was down but the moment i said i didnt have cash it magically worked.
No I dea how a place can be so hit or miss. One day you have an edible that is actually put together and not thrown together with soggy shells. Then other days you get trash. I don't get it.
I've been on a Taco Bell kick here lately so I have been here quite often over the last couple of weeks and not once have they messed up my order (knocks on wood), the employees have always been nice, the service is fast and food is good.
I went to the Drive thru at 10:30 on a Saturday night, and it says ya'll close at 1am. When I pulled up at the box the lady said "I'm sorry but we aren't taking any orders at the moment". What does that even mean? No explanation given. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Only Taco Bell employees be acting like this.
