Food and service great. The warner robins store needs a huge makeover. There are stains all over the ceiling tiles and there was active leaking above the tables while we ate. Upgrade needed please!!!
It was okay. The food was hot and fresh but the meat was still missing flavor. I just can't figure it out. The toppings and all were good too.
This place was so disappointing. The menu has now been so shrunk down. There is now salt, pepper, or other condiments at the table. You have to ask for them and get an attitude when you do. There are no placemats at the table either. Over all so disappointing. It will be so long until we come back again.
All the food is good. this trip Elizabeth was our server and she was GREAT!!!!
Service and location were great. Simply ordered shakes, but food smelled good. Plenty of seemingly happy customers as well.

I went thru the drive thru. The person who took both my order and who I paid was genuinely nice. I got a kids steak burger meal. The food was only somewhat warm but the steak burger was pretty good. I didn't eat the fries. They were cold & tasted like they had been cooked for awhile.
They mess up my burger every single time I do carry out. All I wanted was a garlic double with only lettuce pickles and cheese, easy right? Not for these people! Tasted nothing like garlic, literally covered in onions and that’s it, no other dressings. As a former employee I am disappointed.
Went through the drive through just to receive sour sweet tea along with the bbq burger that only had one piece of bacon on it and barely any bbq sauce. Not only that, I’m positive my bun was stale. Very sad meal but the lady at the drive through was nice
If you changed management you'd have a better success with this place. My honest opinion if you get rid of Craig and that kaytee girl with the blonde hair you'd probably keep employees. I can't stand to come into this place and see how rude they are to the ones below them and they work every hard. The managers are lazy and don't know how to manage. They could treat customers a little better too. God forbid you let them know your order was wrong Craig is rude about it and doesn't seem to know how to handle situations appropriately. Kaytee could have a better attitude.
