Service here is not good.It is understandable if employees are stressed but this place was not busy when I stopped byI started with “Hi” than stated my order.Instead the guy stated “Hi how are you” condescendingly as if I had just not greeted him. He did not initially hear me greet him but:.... is that really my fault?Not everyone on this planets is rude and deserves to be treated as such. Based on other reviews it looks like ppl have had a problem with same guy. Looks like someone might need to either humble himself or is in need of an attitude check.The other Starbucks with the drive through on Watson is much better. Employees are always kind and respectful. won’t be coming back to this location! & less $$$/customer for you guys!
They messed up our drink so all we did was ask if the woman charged us for what we wanted or did it differently. Well the other woman that was working making the coffee that I was not speaking to walks up doesn’t say a word snatches the drink walks over to the sink and pours the coffee out.Honestly if you hate your job so much find somewhere else!!!! And I’m sure she knows who she was…The other woman was very kind though just thought I would put that out there but I don’t recommend here!!!

So I’ve been to 3 Starbucks today looking a specific that they carry. And everyone has been out. So when I was told that again at this store I rolled my eyes in frustration and I was just gonna leave cuz I understand that it happens the truck doesn’t come in it is what it is. However the guy there got such an attitude with me. He was like “ you can roll your eyes if you want to I don’t have it.” And I went to explain I’m not mad at him to which he cut me off and said “ oh! I know you’re not mad me!” and went on and on and I said will you stop cutting off and I went on to explain I’m not at him. That I’m just frustrated with the situation cuz the drink isn’t for me it’s for the person watching my kid. And he was just I press a button and they didn’t bring so I can’t do anything about it.I’ve never had bad service there until today.
seriously paid for a cup of iced milk today. i ordered a QUAD venti iced latte and it was nothing but milk.
Christopher is phenomenal employee, polite, knowledgeable and patience!most of the time his alone knocking out a line of angry Karen's needing a fix! I salute u Christopher ...my guy!

NO STARS earned at this location. Staff is not as friendly at this location either.
Service was horrible. Waited over 45min for 3 drinks and a muffin.
Dirty Matcha Green Tea Latte and a Pupacino for my Chui Boo! Can't go wrong, plus if I am lucky, I get to see the Starbucks lizards hanging out on the sign getting some sun!
