Coffee was good as it usually is however the drive-thru takes forever I place my order on the app to go through the drive-thru to get my order quicker and it took 30 minutes, then when I got to the window they were out of one thing that I had ordered and did not even tell me until I was at the window. My sandwich was hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite the bread

Very disappointed! This use to be my favorite Starbucks location but definitely not now. When I order a trenta size iced drink, why can't I have a full cup of the drink if I order no ice or light ice?!?! A venti measured beverage placed in a trenta cup is totally unfair especially when I'm paying for a trenta size. Why would your company want to cheat your customers?!?! I was told this was a new policy on both occasions this happened when I visited this location. I contacted corporate they said this is NOT policy and should be given a full cup of beverage and ice or lack of ice should not be a factor.
My girl wanted Starbucks and I wanted to save a couple dollars by getting my chilled coffee from qt right around the corner.
This is by far the best Starbucks in town! The baristas are always kind and polite! They all have great personalities and make you feel welcomed.Of course the coffee is always great!! If you haven’t tried it yet the Iced Brown Sugar Oat shaken expresso is a must!!
Its nice getting free coffee occasionally with the app plus service is good. Only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because of the long wait time sometimes.
This is the busiest Starbucks in town. Stop by and you'll know why. I've had maybe 3 poorly made coffees here in 2 years! That's a pretty good track record in my book.
Hands down the slowest Starbucks in America. The line is ALWAYS out to Watson blvd. And everytime you go there expect to wait at least 25 mins in line. They get in no hurry. Corporate really needs to step in and see what management has going on.
Slow and unprofessional had to wait 25 mins because the to go order barista had to have a conversation with a customer instead of do her job and work at the same time. And again 4/1/22Came for a delivery order sat 15 mins before they told me they were out of what customer ordered. Then sat another 15 wait. This location needs new mgmt asap.
It was my first time at this location. I am in love with the building. Its so sleek yet modern. I don't spend much time in Warner Robins but since I was in the area and in need of coffee...here we are. The people were pleasant and efficient. There was a line but it moved along quickly. My order was taken correctly and made the same way. No complaints! Thank you.
