Good food. Used the app to order. Was out of onion rings and let me sub a pretzel twist but charged me for onion rings. Onion rings are almost twice the price. Will be calling store for refund or credit on next order.
My husband and daughter tried to go and purchase our family some blasts and shakes. The first time we no longer sell this product okay, we switched the product to something else. Second time we don't have any strawberries, or Oreos or Reese Peanut butter cups. We again changed our orders and the third time was told we are out of ice cream. This is ridiculous and very unacceptable. We won't be back for awhile.
Waited a HOUR! For a door dash order. No one knew what was going on. Multiple employees on smoke break outside. Was told they were out of corn dogs, asked what the customer wanted to replace it. Then told us that they can’t do the replacement order either. After waiting 30 minutes I clicked the button to talk to them again and the last girl we talked to canceled the whole order because of “miscommunication”.
My mother and I had the popcorn chicken, which was delicious. The patio area was clean and quiet, and our carhop named Emmet was very nice and courteous. Thanks Emmet, you really made our day ?!
The food is delicious when they can actually do things right. Had to remind them of friend's onion rings, my tater tots, and also only received 6/8 of the cheddar peppers I ordered.EDIT: Tried breakfast .. ordered a BACON burrito with sausage.... They forgot the bacon
I went to sonics order two #7's an # 11.Got there around 9:30 pm or 9:35pm April 25th 2022.Paid for food waited over 15 minutes. I pushed the button again.They turn light off on button. I pushed it again the girl said we only doing drive thru.I told her I been sitting here over 15 minutes. They told me that they would have to find my order..I ask them for refund plus I ask to speak to a manager. They said it would be about 15 minutes until she could get out there.They refunded the money.An brung the receipt to me an I told her I was on the phone with corporate. She said ok in a smart vocie.They had reprint my receipt if you can tell
Drive-up screens were all done but ordering was made easy. The employee took our order and was able to take our form of payment swiftly. The food was good! The staff were polite and efficient. We'll be back!
They didn’t put a whole sandwich with my order, didn’t have the correct sauces that I had with my order, and seemed entirely disorganized throughout the entire process. I like Sonic, but I would not recommend going to this one. Not until they can get things together a bit more.
They make some great chili cheese dogs. I also like that i can order on the app and get my drink half off.
Stop by to pickup breakfast burrito. Open when I got home. From taste it must have been at least 2 days old. If they cannot do any better than this they need to close this location.Russell Parkway Warner Robins, Ga
