I love smoothie king however, my past two experiences with one of the employees keeps me from coming back. Each time I did an on-line order and when I got there I was made to feel like I did something wrong and was greeted by what I can only think is the most disgruntled person to ever work customer service. From the angry expression to the slamming of the drive through window I left there feeling like I commited a crime or something. I work on base so it is a bit of a drive for me to go there for lunch but, I was willing to do it until I had two bad experiences with this employee to now I don't want to go back! If I could get her name I would plaster it all over this website. She has no business working customer service!!
I always order through the APP. I always order the same smoothie which cost me over $10.00 every time. On March 12th, I ordered the mango ginger metabolism boost smoothie and when I arrived to pick it up, I informed the child at the window that it was not correct. He proceeded to argue with me. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they forgot to add the spinach. I had to repeatedly ask them to remake my smoothie. When i finally got the smoothie back it was only 3/4 full. WHAT A WASTE OF MY $10.00 and time!
My first Smoothie King visit in Georgia was great! I usually like any green drink, but today I went for the Immune Booster and it was yummazing. The staff were friendly, patient and polite and the inside is extremely clean.

First time coming here. Really didn't know what to try. Just picked something I thought would be good. I think I was cherry tart or something like that with the name in it. Tasted bland. Will have to really look at menu before I go next time so I pick a better tasting fruity smoothie.
Have been going to Smoothie King for years and really enjoy their smoothies. The problem I experienced was not the product, but with 2 of the employees. They acted extremely unprofessional to the point that I will gladly choose a different place for my family and I to spend our money. The way they acted towards my daughter was ridiculous to say the least. Hopefully other locations are much better.
OMG!!! The customer service is very very GREAT!!! I’m a regular customer and the employees there always shown me sooo much respect and love and they even remember my every time I walked into the store!! Love it
