Customer service was terrible tonight. The three cashiers were ringing up the wrong others, charging people double price for food, one of the working left the register from taking order just to go answer the phone.
Seafood just Great! Made to order. Enjoyed variety of sides. Delicious desserts!
They need someone that answer the phone knows what they are doing and can speak where you understand what they are say. My husband had to call them back to find exactly how long it would be before it was ready. The person that took his order acted like she was just ready to get off the phone and he couldn’t understand what time it would be ready. He called back and the person that answered the phone let him know that it would be 20 minutes. The other person that told him it would be 4 to 5 minutes are maybe 45 minutes ?♀️ Oh and the sauce they put in those little cups was like ridiculous. It was half of a half maybe full. I never ever say anything bad about where I eat but I won’t go back there.
Food is good when fresh and hot! I repeat fresh and hot. They forgot to sprinkle white power on my food once and I realized its not as good without the powder. It gets the job done.
I ordered the pick any 2 & chose to double up on the 4 whole wings!! I nearly ate my fingers off bc it was so good!! I love southern fried chicken ? ? ?, especially when yoo can get WHOLE WINGS & NOT JUST pieces!! This place delivered on my taste preference.
The food is extremely good, and the workers are awesome! Expect a wait for your food, but it’s more than worth it!

Idk what kind of seasoning they put on their food but it be bussin! Ain't too many places where I eat that will have me eating and not talking the whole meal hahah. Try the fried green tomatoes too; they're pretty good.

Sharks always has goo fish and chicken. It's best to call in your order and most of the time it's ready before they tell you.
