Amazing wait staff. Of course they are short staffed like everyone else but the manager stepped in and worked like the rest. Took my mom there for her birthday and we were very well taken care of. Not a single aspect of the dinner was disappointing. . This is the way a manager should be.. you could tell the staff had tremendous respect for her!
The bourbon glazed salmon, rice pilaf and grilled zucchini was ??. Nice clean restaurant from what I can tell. 2nd time here
There was plenty of parking. The restaurant was neat, clean, comfortably cool, and conversations around the dining areas muted and unobtrusive. The hostess was attentive and friendly. Our waitress, Monica, was very nice, and out going. She was on the spot with our drinks from the bar (which were generous and well made). The food was served quickly. We had steaks and the dry rub baby back ribs which were outstanding. Monica didn't hover but was there when we needed her. We finished our meal and were able to sit and talk a minute while we finished our drinks. All without feeling like we were rushed to clear the table. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a few drinks and dinner in a pleasant environment. It was a great night out!
My husband, 2 kids and myself went to go eat there around 4 pm. Walked in and the place was dark and you could see 2 ladies behind the bar and a guy topping up the salad bar. DID NOT get any kind of greeting, waiting near the host area for 10 minutes and DID NOT have anyone come over to seat us or anything. We decided to try and seat ourselves near other customers. Waiting an additional 5-10 minutes for absolutely NO ONE to show up at all.
I would rate my meal one of the very best I have had at Ruby Tuesday. Why this rating? The food was amazing. Bourbon salmon cooked to perfection, salad bar that is exceptional, and the best part had to be Karen. She made us feel welcome at the restaurant and just had the best possible personality ever! Definitely ask for Karen when you arrive and be seated in her section. You will then understand why I gave a 5 - star rating. I hope those who are managers at Ruby Tuesday know how valuable she is to their business. Good tasting food, good service provided genuinely with smile can never be beat. Karen was training another person, which is wise of Ruby Tuesday to use her as a trainer. Go there and enjoy a nice meal!
Food was great but the service was outstanding! We had Larry as our server, he was so kind and friendly! Really made the experience very enjoyable for us after our long drive! Definitely will be back!
Got seated as soon as I arrived. Our waitress Karen was very attentive and very friendly. Had a great experience with my mother. Nice clean environment as well. The food wasn’t to my personal preference but that doesn’t make it not good. Overall had a wonderful time thanks to Karen<3
The food is quite good. The salad bar vegetables were fresh and there was a nice array of toppers and dressings. The baked potato was very well cooked and hot, and the ribs were a pleasant surprise as well - very good for a restaurant v. a bbq joint. The best part of the meal was our server, Karen. Truly a one-of-a-kind personality. I may go back more frequently just to see her! I know these chain restaurants vary in quality from place to place, and with management changes. Whatever they've been through in the past, they're doing it well now, and I recommend this RT location for a good casual-dining meal.
Our girls’ group (just five of us tonight) ate here for the first time in a few years. Our waitress, Veronica, was attentive without being intrusive and chatted a bit with us too. A couple of substitution requests were perfectly completed. Food was very good and my tea glass was never empty! They weren’t very busy and we never felt rushed to leave, in fact, Veronica told us to sit and chat as long as we wanted. Great service!
