Dinner at PROPS was very enjoyable. Our server CiCi was so sweet and attentive. My husband had red snapper and I had barramundi (sea bass) and both entrees were delicious. We had dessert and coffee and the peach cobbler and cotton candy cheesecake were awesome. We will definitely be back.

Its my first time to dine in here and they have excellent servers. Service was quick and food came hot and delicious. I love the fish i ordered. Reasonable price for good food. Place is awesome to hang out with friends and family after anlong week of work.

My husband and I came here for the first time tonight. Our server was Layne, and she was so, so sweet. And so knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and she made great recommendations for us. We got the Fried pickles, Elvis burger (peanut butter and fried bananas on a BURGER?!), Lobster grilled cheese, and took a slice of key lime pie Togo. The food was AMAZING. I manage another local restaurant and I know fresh and homemade when I see it. I see other reviews talk about the price of the food and you get what you pay for. We spent $63 on dinner tonight (plus a $20 tip- take care of your servers!) and it was well worth it. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Everything was amazing. The crab claws with garlic and butter literally melted in your mouth. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were so friendly and attentive. Easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had!

My dad and I just got back from the first vacation he has been on in 21 years. Before he left, I told him I had to bring him to the best restaurant in Warner Robins. We stopped by, and the excellent service began immediately. Kent and the young lady he was training took excellent care of us. He ordered the fried seafood platter, and I ordered the Ribeye Delmonico. I don’t know who was cooking the steaks, but it was the best steak I have ever had, and I have had many excellent steaks from Props. Cathy has created one of the finest eating establishments I have ever been to, and cultured and cultivated the best restaurant employees anyone could ever hope to meet. Keep up the amazing work!

The outside is very interesting and clearly an investment in the business. Inside was a variety of styles and areas which seemed odd, but I am not a décor expert. Service was very good and the food was as well. Honestly I was surprised due to the décor. Steak was cooked very nicely and was very tender. Grilled vegetables were done properly also. I cleaned my plate as did my associate. Rating was pretty much around pricing as it was high end for the area. Recommend for the food and service.

Very disappointed. Service did leave something to be desired. Ordered the apple and walnut salad. The dressing was strange and we were disappointed. We ordered the chicken carbonara with prosciutto and spaghetti with Alfredo sauce. It was so bland. There was hardly any sauce and even the chicken was tasteless. After asking twice we finally got rolls. I swear they were Mrs Schuberts rolls. Not what I was expecting in an “upscaled” restaurant. I ate maybe 1/3 of my meal. My SIL took it home and doctored it up considerably and ate it the next day. (I had really planned on giving it to my dog) If this had been a $35 meal for two, I wouldn’t have been impressed but wouldn’t be writing this review. We don’t have any plans to ever go back there.

Always had good food/service b4. Attempted to make reservations for 8pm for 7ppl but they were booked & offered 8:30. I said 6ppl and a 4yo and they said 8:15. I said ok. Got there at 8 but the parking was horrendous. After circling the lot and having to drive backwards thru the pkg lot bc some inconsiderate patron wouldn't clear the lane, I finally had to park at the plaza next door. Got inside at 8:10. Leaving a soccer game so only 2 in party were there. Hostess told me there was a 15 min grace period and I only had 5 mins left & if the others aren't there they'd have to fend for themselves! I said my reservation is at 8:15. She said we don't do 8:15 reservations. Well...somebody DID. By then, 3 more showed up so she seated us. Fast forward to ordering. My adult son was unfamiliar with the menu and he and wife and 4yo don't care for fish. She's pregnant with twins, so they didn't want to buy 2 $40+ steak meals. He ordered a beer initially, but after deciding to leave, asked the waiter to cancel the order. Waiter stated bar had already made it so my son said ok. Well, he was in the process of leaving when the beer came. He didn't drink it, but took it back to the bar as he was leaving. I asked if they could take it off and waiter said no. I asked for a mgr, and the same "head hostess" came to the table. She gave some excuse about it being a law that they can't comp alcohol. I said he asked b4 not to bring it to the table. I never heard of said law & when I googled couldn't find it. She didn't even offer to comp the non alcoholic drinks. I made a snide comment that I'll fix it myself and deduct it from the tip. Having every intention to leave one...however, it was my perogative whether I did or not based on the overall service! Waiter was just ok. Didn't bring appetizer plates, left the serving tray on the table, and didn't pick up dirty dishes until we were about to leave. Demeanor was like he was fairly new...so I don't fully fault him totally. Food was fine. What I didn't like, besides the hostess's lack of problem solving skills, was the fact that they added gratuity to a check with 4 dinners and only 2 separate tickets. I guess she thought I would go thru withy threat! Actually, I had planned to leave him more of a tip than suggested...because like Michelle Obama said, "when they go low, we go high." They should train their staff more in customer service (with a smile) and problem resolution. Very small issues that could have easily been rectified.

Props wants very much to be an upscale restaurant, and it claims to have a "chef" in the kitchen, and it's menu is certainly priced upscale (assume you'll be all in at $40-50 per person when you've factored in drinks tip and taxes). However they fall far short of executing or even feeling Upscale. To begin with the service is not "upscale"; I mean the service was attentive and reasonably prompt, but the server was behaving like he was working at a chain restaurant, shouting back and forth with the Bar Tender and asking us to participate in the joke/teasing. That's great for $20 a plate places, but training the staff to behave "upscale" would help tremendously. When it came to the food it varied from poorly executed (baked potatoes that were still hard, medium steaks that over done) to just average (a $16 burger that was no better than what a chain can give you for less). If you want to be upscale you have to deliver in the service, and the quality and taste of the food you plate, and sadly at props you're just being charged more money for an experience and a product that us no better than you can get for 20% less money at a chain.

Went to Props for lunch and my waitress/ bar tender DC said that "we don't have a lunch menu" I told her okay so I ordered the seafood platter and was delicious......the asparagus was cooked perfectly chard, the scallops were perfectly cooked, the salmon had great char and seasoned well, but the shrimp was not grilled, seasoned and cold like they just tossed on top of the scallops however, the mashed potatoes were luke warm but delicious with that lemon sauce (I wish I had a little more of that sauce). For $35 I expect my food to be hot and right. DC was a good waitress very professional and full of personality however, my glass of water could have been refreshed but over the experience was cool, I'd give it another try.
