Not happy at all. I've had little issues with this location in the past but today was it for me. I ordered a 2 piece dinner (leg and thigh) with fries and a biscuit ($4.99). Everything was ok except they gave me spicy instead of mild. No big deal. But I also ordered the popcorn shrimp dinner with red beans and rice and a biscuit (should have been about $7.00). I don't know what happened but they ended up charging everything separately ( shrimp 3.99, beans and rice 3.49, biscuit .99 and then they randomly charged me for another order of fries 3.49.) So that was a total of about $13.00 for a $7 meal. What really ticked me off is that they didn't even give me the beans/rice, the fries or the biscuit and I got this tiny box of over cooked shrimp that was barely edible. So I basically paid $18.14 for one meal. I've really tried to give this location a chance but I'm done with it unless things get better. Be sure to check your food before you drive off!
The worst! I have been there 3times & tonight was the 4th order wrong again! Did not take it back tonight as it was getting dark, but I will take it back tomorrow! The ph. Number does not answer, so I will do it tomorrow! Don’t waste your time & $. At this Popeyes!!!!!
My mom and I called up there first to make sure they had the food we wanted because Byron was out of everything, we showed up less than an hour before they closed with a huge order, and everyone up there was super friendly and nice and got our order ready pretty fast for how much food we got. We appreciate it guys and appreciate y’all cutting up with us and being awesome.
Like all Popeyes the food is good. Also like all Popeyes they don't know how to get an order right. Church's spicy chicken from now on.
Spicy breast was dry. Ended up with 2 wings in a 4 piece. Cole slaw excellent. Bignets were undercooked . Bignet filling was very good. Mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious.Counter clerk was patient and helpful.
The chicken wasn't up to Popeyes normal standards. Waited 10 minutes before they took my order in drive thru. The woman in drive thru acted like she didn't want to give me the cajun sparkle I requested and didn't say thank you. Will never go to the Popeyes on Watson Blvd again.
I don’t usually leave reviews but if you live here go to the one on Russell or lake joy!! This one absolutely sucks!! whether I come there myself or door dash ANYTIME OF DAY my food is either cold ,missing something, or overly expensive. And don’t even bother going there within the last hour. They will pretend that they aren’t open, not answer the kiosk And tell you they are out of everything because they don’t want to work!!!! Who ever takes your orders hates her job and wishes you weren’t in the line!!! Don’t bother calling either the manager doesn’t answer the phone !!!
The chicken sandwiches are just AWESOME! I never buy a chicken sandwich anywhere else they just don't compare. I would like to think the cashier Victoria that took my order always polite when I come and I notice she always take my order very positive attitude will be back soon
Had the fish sandwich combo loved it ! Apple pies are to high, 2.00 for a little box pie ummm nope. Customer service is mediocre depends on whose working and this is from a guy who worked many years in the foodservice industry before and after being in the USN
Food was good but they were out of a lot of food and beverage items. Plus it took over 20 mins for food when we were the only people there. They cashier at the front was very rude as well.
