My husband and I went through the drive through on 7/3/22 @ 4:00pm. We were greeted with.GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER! As my husband requested the 5pc for 6.99 the workers microphone didn't have the best reception which caused my husband to ask the worker to repeat herself. Which she did with an attitude. "We only have legs and thighs". Then, we were rudely asked to pull around! Instead we drove off letting the associate working the drive thru know she was rude! This has happened several times, but I'm fed up with these unprofessional people. We don't deserve the unprofessional service! If you all don't want to work stay home!
This review is regarding the manager on duty on July 2, 2022 at approximately 4 PM in the afternoon. The managers drive-through window customer service was lackluster. She continued to tell me that I ordered shrimp when my mobile order clearly stated that I ordered a five piece chicken dinner. She was just very rude. She handed my food out the window without even looking at me or addressing me. I just let her hang the food out the window until she looked up to acknowledge that she was putting the food in my hand. This location was amazing initially when he first came to Lovejoy; however over time the food has not been the best nor the customer service .
The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to! I went through drive thru and and sm1 said that I could order so I gave them my order and nobody said anything.for a long while so I said hello like 2 or 3 times after long pause after each hello..I thought it was a joke or something so I pulled to window and a girl looked at me snd said I didn't give her time to answer me back she was in the bathroom. Well for one she's wrong and I told her and she proceeded to be rude unprofessional and so was the owner. We've been there 30 minutes b4 they close and they'r out if everything.. These people are completely unprofessional and nasty
Can't ever hear the ladies until they are mad at you because they won't speak up. Never coming back very unpleasant experience. lady at window basically threw our food at my husband and slammed the window didn't ask if we needed anything y'all need to Work on your attitudes. Also just realized because y'all were so quick to throw food at us and slam the window y'all forgot the mashed potatoes I PAID for. Don't eat heat they scam you
Friendly customer service, but there’s always a problem with my weekly orders. Missing food items, ordered large sides & given the wrong side item, dipping sauce is always missing, menu items are not available (coleslaw, chicken, desserts), “iced” tea is always warm, chicken strips were tough & shriveled/curled up with no meat. Ordered the shrimp & chicken strips box & there were only 2 pieces of shrimp in the box, a large red beans & rice only had beans-missing the rice, a side order of mashed potatoes had burned red beans in it. I keep going back because the next nearest location on Russell has TERRIBLE customer service (from both the order taker & the window attendant/staff). I will go back to the Lake Joy location because of the nice window attendants, but will double check my bag before leaving (open the sides) & only order whole chicken pieces.
I picked up a three piece chicken dinner tonight. The chicken was outstanding, potatoes were very good but the biscuit was a little crunchy hence a 4 vs 5 rating. The young lady at the window was friendly and efficient.
Sandwich was very saucy fresh cooked hot. A little too much salt for me. I think the sauce i pre-made so they cant control thatStaff polite & timely always
was being nice and wanted to get my fiancé and my mom some popeyes after i got myself some taco bell, and so we pull up to the speaker and told her the first half of our order and and 3 minutes later she comes back with a terrible headset. we could not hear her at all, we asked her to repeat herself twice which ended up as her screaming at us and it just wasn’t working out so we just repeated the the order and pulled forward. i don’t appreciate being screamed at. the woman at the window was incredibly nice so that’s why i’m leaving 2 stars. 0/10 do not recommend.
I would love to try food from here. But every time I go, they don't have any. And I feel like I go at normal times that they would have food. But they never do. I'm sure they're popular since every time I go there, they never have food. Maybe some day.
my co workers and I went popeyes for out lunch break. we went in and were never spoken to, or waited on. stood in line for 10 mins. we had to leave to go somewhere else for lunch. worst experience ever! will not go back. go to freddy’s instead! very friendly!
