Ok. So I went to two different Popeye's the same day and both experiences were terrible. The first one (Watson Blvd, Warner Robins) has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and the second (Russell Pkwy, Warner Robins) has equipment that does not work and poor quality. I tried to give Popeyes a chance just thinking it was the location but no... I think they are just bad. Stay away.

Didn't answer drive thru, when taking my order at the window they were rude when I asked about certain items that were listed as available on the menu online. When I got home and checked my order, the chicken was old hard and cold. Called up asking for a refund, the manager said they could and that I would just need to bring the food back up there. When I got there, they refused to refund my order saying it was too long ago for the system to make any changes to the order and that changing the payment type to cash would leave their drawer short (which is a change to the order, but their words not mine). They offered to remake or replace the order but due to the issues the staff from cashiers to cooks coming to the window to harass me about asking for items the corporate website says they have claiming they never served those items to the manager lying (as anyone who has worked food service should know that you can always void an order to refund it, especially within the same day) about being able to refund it and then denying my refund. Literally the entire experience was a headache and will never be going to this location again.
The food was good but the special that I was looking for was not available in the price that it had been advertised for on television. So that I didn't purchase
Warm coleslaw, no napkins, spicy chicken instead of the mild I ordered. No sauce for tenders. Check your bag b4 you leave.
$25 for two meals, fries were cold, and they forgot my mashed potatoes I paid $3.49 for and tried calling multiple times and no answer. Just pathetic! I will never go back.
I made an app order for pickup at drive through. Easy order and got there in 10 minutes. I did as the app said went to the drive through and said I had an order for …. I pulled up to the window and was told to pull up to the door it’ll be right out. Thirty minutes later I’m asked to pull to the front as people just getting to the drive through need to get out. I left and requested a refund. Never again!!!
Open till 10pm but at 6:20 pm your literally OUT of everything…the only drink you had was Fruit Punch and the only sides available was Mashed Potatoes or Red Beans…WTF? No Fries, No Miranda, No Mac & cheese, “Okay what the **** do you have?” Are you too lazy to throw down a vat of fries or hook a drink canister in?

I have visited this location twice only to get home and not find what I have ordered you get the worst parts of the chicken, the customer service is the poorest in the city in fact it would serve the community better it was shut completely down!!!
