I ordered my pizza at 8pm and never received my pizza! I called and checked after an hour and they said it would be a little longer but an hour later I still never received it! This is ridiculous! I was calm and understanding on the phone and then never received my pizza at all?!?!? Who does this? Horrible business and customer service! Never will order again! This location is worthless! They care nothing about the customer!
I ordered a personal Pan pizza for the 1st time since covid and the pizza has gotten even smaller it's a joke...no more military discounts and they're gone up a dollar.?
Not give me dry burnt pizza that tasted like it had been made the day before. I know that taste but was too hungry and busy not to eat it. Normally their pizzas are good.
There was hardly anything on my pizza, it was make of alot of cheese a little amount of sauce and the bread when it was supposed to be chicken and mushroom
Very courteous staff. The lady at the register was very nice. She appeared happy to be working, which is a blessing to see nowadays. A young man who worked there held the door open for me as I was leaving with my order. I did not get their names but they made me feel valued as a customer.
The absolute WORST Pizza Hut ever!! The staff has nasty attitudes and their customer service is none existent. They don’t greet you, nor do they thank you for patronizing their business. Every time I have visited this location I’ve experienced a problem. My receipt states what I ordered and when I got home, as usual, the pizza is wrong. And they know their service is bad that’s why they don’t provide you with a code on your receipt so you can participate in the tellpizzahut.com survey. If you’re close to another Pizza Hut, do yourself a favor and visit the other location.

I had not had Pizza Hut in quite a while. I was disappointed this pizza hut didnt have a drive-thru. The walkin pick up space was very very small and narrow. The inside was old and smelly and all equipment looked as if it needed desperate cleaning. My food was held in some type of warming cabinet unit and had sweated. My breadsticks were cold chewy and uggh gooey and getting hard. The same for the crust on the pizzas. I had to purchase 2 cups of marinara sauce that was cold and tasted as if it was poured out of a jar or can. Very dissappointed !

After a horrible experience this was the first time I have eaten at Pizza Hut in fifteen years. This review is based on ordering online and the pizza itself. Ordering online was easy. I learned about options I didn't know existed. It said my order would be ready in 15 minutes and it was ready in 15 minutes. Great job staff. The star of the show was the pizza. I ordered the large, 3 topping for $10. It was the best pizza I ever had from any pizza place. Hand tossed, creamy garlic parmesan sauce, hut favorite crust topping, ham, chicken, and meatballs. I've had it 3 times in the last month. Yummy!
