Of course the pizza is and was delicious as always. One problem, please tell your cashier to stop assuming everyone wants to order a large pizza. I sincerely understand it's how you make sales yet I find it very deceitful not to ask large, medium, or small, if you're going ask about the crust and toppings. Does anyone agree with me?
We have lived here 23 years we love our local Pizza Hut. Now we are doing the takeout from Pizza Hut. It is fantastic we get anything we want the way we want it. When we did go to the restaurant on the inside it was always clean the staff is always very kind.
This location is disgusting on the inside. Needs a thorough clean. It is also ran by young adults that don’t take their jobs seriously. Pizza was warm and not cut all the way through. Would not recommend this location.
It was late getting here the pizza was warm my kids waiting 40 minutes for it to get her after I got a txt saying it was out for delivery
This is the best pizza I have received in a long time for all the pizza joints in my area. This pizza was hot, delicious, made correctly, on time, and taste amazing. I recommend this shift teach all the other shifts how to duplicate this pizza perfection to make all their guest as happy as I.
I gave the rating I did because it was easy to order online and the options were plenty. My food was perfect and hot and thoroughly cooked. It was delicious. The service was quick and my food was on time.
I have been really disappointed in our local pizza hut delivery. I have been ordering from this location for years without issue, but I will be ordering carry-out next time just so I can avoid this location. Our past 3 orders at this location have had issues that have resulted in long wait times or canceled orders.I understand that everywhere is way understaffed right now, so we waited and hour past our quoted "delivery" time before even calling the store on all three occasions.First occasion: We called up to the store at the hour mark, and got told that our driver just left and would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later we called back and got told our food was still sitting on the counter...Second occasion: We called up to the store at the hour mark, and got told that our driver just left and would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Again, thirty minutes later we called back and got told that the delivery guy dropped it off at the wrong address. They said they would remake our order and send a new driver. The food was dropped warm and the delivery driver was nice, so I was happy and he got an extra cash tip.Third occasion: This one definitely takes the cake for me! I get a text that my pizza was going to be delivered through DoorDash, which I understand with all the staffing issues. I wait about an hour and 10 minutes past my delivery time before calling up to the store, because I can "see" that my doordash driver is still just sitting at the restaurant. Nearly 2 hrs past my ordering time, after having to "talk to the manager," because I kept getting the run around, they tell me that the driver stole my order and they're just going to cancel my order refund me, because I didn't want to wait an extra 2 hrs they told me it would take them to remake my order and get a new driver!! Let's just say that the car carhop at sonic got a really nice tip that night...
Everytime I visit this location my food is fresh and perfectly cooked. Customer service is Awesome!
There was little cheese, sauce and pepperoni on pan pizza. I also did not like the herbs that was added on top and some other topping. I’ve ordered at least once a week for last 3 weeks and this was not good.
My order was placed at 5:45 and was never made. I had to wait over an hour, nothing was offered not even an apology. This place used to be one of the best Pizza Huts but it has really been a disappointment.
