We have been coming here for years to buy food, and everyone is very nice from the beginning when you walk in until you walk out. This is a very friendly and family oriented place to come. The food is always hot and there is no complaints. We highly recommend this place.

Placed order and they closed early. Even looked my wife in the face and just turned off the lights ad we tried to pick up our order.
I've tried to order from Papa's wings and deli in warner robins 3 times and I have never ever talked to a more rude lady in food sales. She is always loud, cutting you short, rushing you and the only time I successfully got food from there the entire order was wrong! I won't put myself through that again! I feel like I was fighting for my right to shop there and I feel so disrespected!
This is literally my favorite wing spot, I go there at least 3-4 times a week (don’t judge me). Never had a problem, quick and delicious! They never let me down ?

I placed a telephone order to go and the Asian lady answering the phone was so rude. She asked me “is there anything else?” over 10 times while I was trying to tell her the order, she kept interrupting me. She would interrupt me to the point I could not complete a sentence. Then when she repeated the order, she said mild wing combo. I corrected her and stated that I wanted it with lemon pepper. In a very condescending tone, she stated “ma’am the lemon pepper is on the counter, do it yourself” at this point, I asked her was she okay and she said “ yes I’m okay but when you call you should know what you want”. Thing is, I knew exactly what I wanted but different restaurants order different ways. Instead of being helpful, she chose to be rude. I told her she was very mean and she said “okay ma’am, it’ll be ready in 10 mins”.
When placing order, the clerk is very rude . Its like they are providing customers a privilege to shop at their store, so they talk to you with disrespect . I will not eat there, when bad customer service verbally, creates bad customer service all around. Need to work on communication, spoiled my appetite instantly.
