recently placed an order online for a business meeting and the food was delivered by doordash. many of the items were never even put in the bag and all Panera advises is to call Doordash for them to send someone to re-deliver. it was their mistake but my problem to fix. very poor service and food quality.
I joined the unlimited sip club and the lemonades and teas are really good! I ordered lunch there and received 20% off due to having the sip club membership.
Did online order for food, order wasn’t ready when I arrived, got a notice apologizing for the delay, received notice finally saying it was ready, 10 minutes later it still had not been delivered curbside, called from cell phone to question why and was talked to really rudely and they hung up on me! Poorest customer service! Panera has really gone downhill in this area!
Overpriced cafeteria food. It cost me $17 for a tiny Campbell's soup and a sandwich the size and quality of a McChicken. Don't bother with this place, Panera as a whole is 3 times more expensive than it's worth.Oh and this "bread company" makes bread that's basically hardtack. If there's anything they should be able to get right it's bread, yet they can't even do that.
Worst location. Their cappuccino was horrible. When I asked the kitchen staff how's is this even qualified to being a cappuccino, his response was yes its cappuccino and the milk has settled. Their wrap was fine, thank God.
Food and service were good, the portions were double what they need to be. For what it is, sandwich and soup, the food is way over priced. Over $65 for a family of 4!
If y’all are gonna charge $11 for this new chicken sandwich it should be better than this. Almost no flavor and small. Only came with chips. I’d go to Chick-fil-A, Zaxby’s, or even Wendy’s any day and get something much better and cheaper. Do better Panera
I got a Bacon, Egg, and Tomato roll-up, and pointed out to the cashier that it was missing the tomato. Her only response was, "Oh". We finished and left.
I've always been a big fan of Panera bread. I love all their options and the fact that almost everything is made with clean(organic etc.) ingredients! Yes, its not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. I've had several breakfast sandwiches at this point. Mom especially loves the avocado, egg white and spinach on a croissant. I just had the chocolate croissant...delicious! The passionfruit, pineapple green tea is on point! Worth the wait and travel. Thanks.
Had the mac & cheese with broccoli. It was creamy and delicious. It had so much extra cheese sauce I dipped the included hunk of bread in it.
