Our server last night was AMAZING! She was a short young lady with long blonde hair sorry I can't remember her name. But she took very good care of us. Recommended food that tasted AMAZING! She did tell us she was 19. If that helps lol but this young lady has exceptional customer service skills. Thanks again for the recommendations !
It wasn't busy when we got there. We ended up having to wait longer than originally thought because we wanted a table (not booth) and had to wait on a server to open their section. It also took a little bit to get our food. Food wasn't terrible, but nothing special. I might go again but only on the very rare occasion.
The last two times we went there, we were not happy with the food or the service. When we went again last week, the big kid manning the hostess station said there would be a 20 minute wait even though it was 4:35 PM on a week night and there was a total of only 14 cars on the parking lot. What gives? I guess the third time really is the charm, because we won't be back.
Today I got a steak. I asked for pink no blood and was told that was medium. When it came out the edge was perfect but the rest wasn't. Not only was it not pink, it was beautifully red and quite bloody. We asked for them to just cook it longer but instead they cooked me a whole new steak followed by an apology. Their service was wonderful and I left a happy customer.
I am not a huge fan of Olive Garden, but I received a gift card for my birthday, so I took my granddaughter with me to redeem it.I ordered the lasagna, because I really couldn't decide what I wanted. It was okay. I was hungry, so it did its job. The portion itself wasn't satisfying either but I filled up on the salad and bread sticks, so I left pretty full. My grandbaby had a kids meal with pizza and spaghetti. Her portions out-numbered mine, with food to spare for later. I think next time, if there is one, I'm getting the kids meal.I will say the service was great and our server was amazing.
Worst dining experience of the year. Waited 45 minutes to be seated, only to wait another 30 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. We had so much time, we had prepared our food order and asked the waitress if we could go ahead and place our food order. She took our order, had very little knowledge of the menu, and proceeded to input my wife’s order wrong, and never even submitted my order. So an hour and a half into our dining experience and our waitress cancels the order, and had to re write our orders to go resubmit. All while the party of 8 beside is (seated after us) is already receiving their meals. Unorganized service, poor quality employees, mediocre food. Don’t waste your money on this pathetic excuse for “Italian dining”
Another place suffering from staffing shortages. We were told a wait would be 15 minutes, and after agreeing to that wait, were sat after less than 5. Our server told us she was new, and seemed clearly not ready for another table, then yet another table was sat a couple minutes after us. Our server spent the whole time scrambling. We waited a while for our drinks, waited at least 30 minutes for any part of our appetizer. The fried mozzarella was good but the bread sticks were room temperature. I got a raspberry lemonade that barely had any flavor. I'm leaving two stars because the entrees were great! I'm sad they took the pizza off the menu (I thought it was the best thing but it's apparently only for kids now, though I would be willing to pay more for an adult version.) I got the margherita chicken and my partner got chicken alfredo (we liked his more, if you're looking for recs.) Another server stepped in to help the table next to us after maybe twenty minutes, and a manager came by at the end to hear their complaints. More cooperation in the beginning would have helped, and starting at the host stand to make sure your servers are ready to be sat is worth the wait for an attentive experience.
We hadn't been here in over two years. It was never a bad place to eat. however this time was even better than before. the service was great and the food was perfect.
My boyfriend and I went here a few weeks ago to have our first date, and the service was just amazing! We did not have to wait long to be seated, nor did we have to wait for our food to come to us. The food was absolutely amazing as well, had very good taste, and the drinks were good too! The waiter was awesome as well. He was very attentive to our needs and very much earned the tip that we left for him!! Over all I'm very satisfied with this Olive Garden!
Very accommodating, we asked to switch to our favorite table in the back, the server had to ask & it took awhile, but we were seated eventually. The service was good, although, the server mixed up the bills & I ended up paying someone else's, but no worries. Great parking, easy access, clean & inviting.
