We drove from Tifton, Ga just to eat at this place. Took some of my family to try it for the first time and sadly to say it made all of us sick!!! Some worse than others!! Definitely was disappointed about the fact that not only was it their first time my second...we were slap sick with vomiting and using the restroom. Please do better!!
Food poisoning from the plates sitting inside of the cooler without ice!! There were 10 people that ordered plates from my party… 8 got sick and that’s only bc 1 didn’t eat there plate after everyone else started to vomit and run to the restroom! Never again will we eat here.

I can't wait to go back and experience it again. I ate half the conch and almost forgot to take a picture it looked and tasted so good. The place was clean and the service was the best I've experience in a very long time!! If you're in the Warner Robins Georgia area, it would be a crime to be here and not tantalize your taste buds with this divine food at Oceans Crab House ?????!!!
I had high hopes for this establishment because of the reviews but I have to say that I am disappointed and quite offended due to personal experience. I called to place an order for curbside pick-up and made sure to let the employee know. He confirmed and I proceeded to place my order. I had my boyfriend pick up the food because I am under the weather. When he arrived, he called to let the employee know that he was outside. He also can’t go inside because he is sick, as well. The employee proceeded to tell my boyfriend that I didn’t “ask for curbside pick-up”. What would have happened if we had to go in? We’re Covid positive!!! Anyway, I called the establishment and spoke with the guy again and he suddenly tells me “oh, that’s too much…we don’t do that”. Why the sudden change of story?? And why would you lie to someone? We live in the same household….my boyfriend was literally sitting next to me when I confirmed curbside was available. It even mentions curbside pick-up on Google!! If he didn’t feel like doing his job that is not our problem. But don’t lie on me! Very annoying and unprofessional! That was my first and LAST time as a customer. Ridiculous. The food was good but for the price, I don’t want to have to struggle with baby crab legs. Potato was kind of stale…boiled egg was good. WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Absolutely amazing. The catfish fillets were beautiful and tasted just as good. Hubby had fried shrimp and he said the flavor was amazing. He also tried the garlic corn and said it was wonderful. Hushpuppies were perfect. I had fried okra and the breading was light and flavorful. Highly recommend this place! Had so much to choose from! Can't wait to go back and try boiled shrimp and crab legs!
BEST NEW SEAFOOD SPOT IN WARNER ROBINS, GA... The owner is wonderful and very nice. The setup is perfect. I’ve had a couple different things from this place and it’s better and better every time. If you’re in Warner Robins go check them out...
