Stopped in to try the chicken and rice bowl out. The chicken has good seasoning along with the extras... good quick meal
The workers didn't act like they wanted any customers that day. Maybe someone got them angry and put them in a sour mood. Not a very friendly atmosphere and didn't offer to make fresh meat. They were scrapping everything I asked for off the bottom.
The food was good! I had the bowl and there was plenty of different things you could have in it.The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly.
Great food, but employees need to learn how to smile and make eye contact. Wasn't even looked at and was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Never received a smile and part of my order was wrong. Sorry honey, not today.
I was skeptical going in ,but I am now a fan. The food was great the employees were nice and the atmosphere was chill. I will be coming back.
WELCOME! to Moe's! I love this place. Homewrecker Burrito build the way you want is ALWAYS welcomed. Moe's has the best queso in the business. Its at least my favorite!
Order just wrong. Pinto beans instead of black beans. A chicken burrito with the chicken packaged outside of the burrito. Chicken quesadilla with no chicken. This was a pick up to carry out and when we walked in we got dirty looks on top of it all. I don't know who is having a bad day, but there's no excuse for this besides they just thought that since it was a carry put order it wouldn't matter. Maybe in person would be better.
Food was dried out and obviously had been sitting a while. Store was dirty. Staff obviously did not want to be there. Long line and manager walked by on phone and ignored guests. Cashier took call while ringing in our order. When we attempted to pay we declined the tip option and he repeatedly reset register to the tip option. Then went back to talking on phone and went in back leaving us standing there. We decided to just leave. Will not go back.
I love Moe's on Watson! Everyone is always friendly and working hard. Quick service! Good quality food! I don't mind the juicy burritos, but they can be over juicy. Great store??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love this place and eat here about once a week, but ....... The last time we were here, they had a sign- We are out of chips.This last visit, no sign. We were told they just ran out. IDK why they are having trouble keeping chips in stocks. But when you have a specialty product and you run out of a main item, you need to fix the problem. For rice and beans that cost over $10 per person, go to the store and buy chips if need be! No excuse for this, in my opinion.
