Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! You can stand at the counter, and the workers will look at you, yet not ask if they may assist you. McDonald's on the corner of Willie Lee Pkwy and Watson Blvd!
This is by far the best McDonald's in Warner robins. It always has fast service and their soft drinks are always crisp and delicious. I recommend this one if ya live near this area for sure. Also, the cleanliness is on point!!! Very clean restrooms and lobby.
The place was clean but the staff was just ignoring us customers to do online orders and phone calls and two staff were sitting in the sitting area. I even gave up and used to self service kiosk to place my order and was still waiting for over 17 minutes past the time I ordered for a coffee and fries
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. While visiting the location on June 8th 2022 , I witnessed 2 males at the pickup counter being loud and acting foolish. I placed my order through the kiosk , order 733. While waiting on my order the 2 males started walking behind the counter and entering the work area to receive their check and separation notice. Management thought it was funny and starting laughing and did nothing to remove the individuals from the area and disrupting service. They joined in on the foolish behavior and stopped fulfilling orders. By the time I received my cheeseburger and fries they were cold and I decided to trash my meal. I am very disturbed by what I witnessed and I believed McDonald's held themselves to a higher standard than that of what I witnessed today. Please do something about this location and this isn't the first time I have heard of such behavior out of this location
When you go during rush hour the fries are always hot!
Everyone was so nice. It wasn't busy at all, except in drive thru.
The last few visits have not great but tonight was the worst experience I have had at this location. Over the last year the quality of food/service has declined. Always ask for our food to be cooked fresh, and even with asking the food is not fresh or only certain items are. The workers when reaching the windows to pay and pick up they don't speak but limited basics and that does not include hello etc. When asking for fresh they send you around to wait. Tonight a male worker brought our food handed it to us and walked away. Immediately we noticed the bag was not as full as it should have been. I Immediately called him back and told him that one of our combos was missing, and that the fries were soggy and no where near fresh and that 2 sauces for a 40 piece nugget is no where near enough. He then stated "what do you want me to do about it"..... Ummm, I want my food that I paid for and I want fresh crispy fries? He has an attitude and asks for the fries container grabs a fry squeezes it (it squished Immediately) and tries to argue with me that they are in fact crunchy. He then asks for the bag, which we hand to him he looks in and then rudely slings it back at us and tells us we can keep that, and retreats inside. I went inside to get the food and make sure it was right to overhear this worker and others talking about the issue we had "who does she think she is?" as I am nearing the counter. He ended up handing the food to another female worker who basically tossed my bag on the counter and walked off. I then asked for more sauce and was only given 2. The LG fries were half way full and I was just fed up and left. I am not sure what manager they have or what has changed over time but the service has declined drastically. Apparently this is the "new norm" and "quality service". My past experiences were not as bad as this evening but they for sure were not what you would atleast hope for. This used to be a great McDonald's to visit. I won't bother returning and unless you like garbage service and food for your hard earned money I suggest customers find another location.
Drive thru was pretty quick. Dissapointed that you can't order in dine in unless you use a card. If you plan on eating inside, cash carriers beware the kiosk
This McDonald's sux!!! Been 3 times and EVERY time was a horrible!!! No cordial customer service whatsoever and my orders were wrong every....single....time! The last two were the worst in that I still had the meat sticker on my burger and the last time I didn't even get meat on my supposedly cheeseburger! 3 stikes and your out so ill never again go there unless they change their staff and especially their manager bc the one I spoke to more than once had that nonchalant idgaf attitude both times.
Today makes the second day in a row. Pull up to order and it starts with We have no soft drinks or bottled water. How can I help you. If I need to go somewhere else for drinks I’ll get my food there too
