Great service. We had a great time with some customers at the play place. However, the seating could have been more spread out.We wish as parents that the tv’s were on. A little bit of entertainment for us parents
This McDonald's is filthy trash everywhere,flies are their regular customers floors are dirty, drink stands are filthy, the doors and windows are never never clean
Usually don't say much about fast food restaurants because they're fast food. But the last two times I was with someone that went to McDonald's they walked out without giving an order because they would not take it at a cashier. You had to use their key house. But at this location they did have people at the register and you could order with a real person.
Customer service is just awful. At one time I thought the girl was mute cause she didn't say anything. She just gave me the frappe and looked the other way. she was just been rude. Why is McDonald's letting these kind of rude people work there. They make customers angry or not wanting to go back. That never use to happen. If service was bad then management would handle it almost right away.
I love this McDonald's my only issue was the frappe machine was down for weeks day crew is very nice sometimes night crew can be very unprofessional but overall great restaurant
The server was moving too slow, not telling the customers their food is ready they just sit it on the counter and walk off. Need to leave the condiments out for the customers instead of keeping them behind the counter. When you ask for more salt and pepper the lady kept getting attitude.
Lol I ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins and I asked could I get some jelly. They gave me one packet of jelly. So I had to go to another McDonald’s to get more than 1 jelly. And the McMuffins tasted like it’s been sitting around and they just put it in the microwave.They need to do better as far as their attitude. And they need to smile more and greet your customers like you want them there.
We came through one day while there was no line, my husband didn’t know to run his card through the card reader himself so we pulled to the second window. They were mad we didn’t run it, so they had us wait over 15 for our cold food, didn’t give my son his happy mea drink. Was in a hurry so we left. We order through Uber eats and every single order is missing a meal, so we started ordering extra meals for when that happens, that didn’t work they just started leaving more out. And don’t honor promotions.
I downloaded the McDonald's app and I stop by there after donating plasma and the employees are rude in the Drive-Thru and inside. I'm meet one friendly employee and I think it's cuz she liked my dog Eva.
30 minutes in line and then I had to leave. Only reason for 2 stars is because at least the employee smoking outside was playing decent music.
