Sitting here in line, 07/16/22, no one's taking order, cashier saying give me a minute. Ridiculous, we're here to spend money, they won't take it. Please hire people who want to work, one star is too good of a review. Please send help to this location
Terrible customer service and they didn't have any ice coffee, milkshakes or slushes. My burger was cold and the young lady at the drive through was not friendly.
Even if fast food is hella good it's not doing your body any good it's good and all but if you sit there and fell it you can tell it's hurting your stomach but that's good everything kills you just enjoy the few decades you have if you have that
I agree totally with the majority. The worst in franchise history. Rude doesn’t even begin to explain how bad the staff is. Owner please take note your shift that’s working at 6 is awful and a poor representation of the McDonalds franchise. I am drafting a letter to corporate office immediately. This store needs to be shut down or recalibrated.Look at your cameras there was approximately 10 of us in the drive thru waiting before our order was taken. Several left before me but I drove to the window and asked “are you having an issue?” Or can I just order from here? Your rude employee said” we asked you to wait for a reason” I stated,” no one told us to wait and drove off. I assure you this is probably not a one time event. So if you had that many “ drive offs” around 6m on a Wednesday I m sure you have had that if not more prior to my visit. Im sure you are in business not to lose money. This is a tragedy in the making. It appears that you may not be aware at what’s going on at your establishment but I assure you and everyone reading this this shift will losing you money. I do not remember the last time we have been treated so poorly by any business. Furthermore I agree with the others that wish they could rate a zero because of this shift I would as well.
The employee told me to pull into a waiting spot because they're waiting on fries and it'll only be another "2 minutes". I waited almost 10 minutes! Not only were the fries 100% not fresh but they weren't even hot... AT ALL! I ordered 6 piece nugget, small fry and water. What was I waiting on for that long???
If I could give zero stars I would. I had two things missing from my order one was my sons happy meal, I went inside and the lady refused to give me my missing items because it was a doordash order and she was extremely rude. I contacted doordash I went back inside after doordash told me they contacted them to give me my missing items. The lady was talking trash about me to doordash WHILE I was inside I heard all of it. She then hands me my food and acts like she doesn’t wanna give it to me. Overall extremely rude staff. And also all of the food we did get was cold and soggy, I order a crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles and they gave us a spicy one with extra pickles!
I never thought I’d feel compelled to take to some form of social media to brag on a McDonald’s, but here we are.I stop in for breakfast on my days off. This location consistently nails it. The food is something more than perfect; it’s delicious! No one says that about fast food! Whatever they’re doing in there, the cooks are, like, some kind of kitchen gods. Whether it’s a McMuffin, hotcakes, or a breakfast biscuit, it always comes out perfect.The wait times are super reasonable for the traffic they deal with and the quality of the food they’re putting out. They’ve always remembered all the utensils and condiments. They’re quick, professional, and polite. Your morning crew here deserves an award!Wish I could say the same for the evening crew but the only times I’ve been at night, I got food poisoning. But the morning crew deserves all the love. Best speedy morning stop in town. Great job, AM team!
We went here the other day and immediately got told they were cash only. Given the fact that the entire country has pretty much been trying to force you to use a card the last 2 years it was inconvenient. And then they were out of milkshakes also. After waiting in line for 20 min you should really have a sign or something you put out when you don't have ice cream or only accepting cash. If for no other reason than to save people from wasting time. Ended up leaving and going to cookout for milkshakes and burgers.
Except for a couple great staff members, rest of overnight crew doesn't have a clue of what's going on.
The workers were so slow we sat in line for almost 45 minutes I should have left but I kept thinking they would move and even once you got to the window they didn't have the order right it was a bad experience and I will never go back to that one again
