I placed an order last week and they messed up my order. So they gave me a credit. i place an order maybe a hour ago . Told them i wanted the credit from last wee k and a medium pepperoni pizza. The driver gets here with only the pepperoni pizza . I called them and the woman has a nasty attitude. She’s mad because she messed up there order lol. So i just went ahead and cancel the order and they hung up in my face . I don’t recommend this particular Marco’s because you have an attitude about a mistake that YOU had.
The pizza was decent and the wings were delicious hands down. Amazing customer service.
Clearly looks like a piece is missing even though there are 8 slices. Presentation is everything so why would you think this would be ok to deliver to somebody. How much movement could there have been in this X-LARGE box they claim is the reason it looks like this. I even moved the slices around to make a complete circle and the center was all bunched up. I don’t know what they did here but their pizza is too expensive to serve food like this.
Food is good but the service is pretty terrible. I had someone at the front counter and saw me walk in. I sat there at the counter for 5 minutes and had to ask if I could order.

?This was baked into our pizza at Marco's on Russell by Monkey Joe's. Called to make the manager aware and first thing out her mouth is "We dont have anything black and plastic in the store." Not an apology, just a "We'll remake it for you." Told her I wasn't asking for a remake nor a refund and she said "Ok have a great day." ??♀️
The general manager Brian Bergeron is wonderful. He possesses excellent customer service. We always come here for pizza every so often as a special treat. It is the only place we order pizza. But today whoever made the pizza, chicken with jalapeños was (3:30pm), top notch. Thank you!
The 2 guys working today on Labor Day did an awesome job. Food was great thank you.
I just had the most horrifying experience some kind of hot sauce or liquid was on my pizza it made me sick and my throat was on fire. the manager at byron Georgia didn't even Apologize to me just offered me a store credit. I will never give Marcos my business again
A Reply To the Owner Of Marcos Pizza:So, are you calling me a liar about your staff not wearing gloves? Don’t add insult to injury. See the photo attached pertaining to another customer’s review regarding the same complaint. I will refrain myself from uploading photos of your staff not wearing gloves- just on google of course. I would suggest that instead of spending time defending something that you have absolutely no recollection of- I would advise actually supervising instead.
