Would have give a 5 star just because the managers on duty where running around trying to make it better, but really we had to wait for ever for our food ,about an hour and a half ) and when my steak arrived was not hot at all , then had to wait without a drink cause had finished mine for 20 minutes , then I asked for a to go box and the drink arrived ,the server left the ticket there and she kept insisting are y’all ready when my drink had just arrived , she asked 4 times and I was still with half of the drink, so I just paid and left ,

Great place to have a great lunch. The location is perfect. The service is excellent. The food is tasty.

Food is always good... service was AWESOME! Went for a business lunch and David was our server. He was very attentive, professional, and funny! I left my credit card when I left and he immediately notified the manager. They protected me at a very vulnerable time, and I'm forever grateful! I'm a regular here and you won't be disappointed?

Great experience. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table. But as soon as we were seated, immediately had drinks and bread. Kaylie, our server was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Our food came out quickly and hot and cooked to perfection. Great job!

My wife and I ended our week long anniversary celebration, which was in New England, by stopping by Longhorn Steakhouse, in her hometown of Warner Robins on the way from the airport on our way back home to South Georgia. The food was superb, and our very capable server David ensured that the timeliness of the transition of our three course meal was perfect. Our food was cooked to perfection. Hats off to the Chef. The timing was perfect, as Jonathan, the Restaurant’s District Director was there and I informed him of the great experience. To be honest, everything exceeded my expectations and surpassed the recent experiences that I’ve had at so called upscale establishments. Everything about this Longhorn Steakhouse was upscale.

Addendum: I went back again Monday to join a friend for her birthday. The service was horrible. While they were busy, it should never take an hour just to get a watered down drink. The bread was extremely hard and it took my friend almost 20 after getting our food to get her Brussel Sprouts. It took forever to get the food. The manager on duty came over and took care of all concerns using a listening ear. She did a great job being a leader. I don't think I'll return soon. The rating is changed to 3 stars.Original Review:I would have rated this restaurant 3 stars due to overcooked broccoli and undercooked shrimp but Anna, the manager, did her best to remedy the inconvenience. In addition, our server was great.

So our experience started off negative. When we arrived and asked for a table for 12 people for a birthday party, we were advised by the host that the restaurant wasn't accepting parties over six guests. He immediately asked if I would like to speak to a manager; normally I would have just said "No thanks..." and walked away... but my sister-in-law really wanted steak for her birthday dinner, so I accepted and waited patiently for the manager. When the manager arrived moments later, I asked him if our group could divide into two tables of six and explained that it was one of the group's birthday. The manager quickly arranged for our group to sit at two large booths, back to back, and thanked us for our patience and understanding. Our waitress, who said her name was Cat (or Kat... she didn't say how to spell it lol), gave outstanding service and was very attentive. I'm not much for remembering names, but I'm great with faces... regardless, I remember her name because her customer service skills were top shelf - and that's coming from me and my wife, two restaurant owners ourselves.Needless to say the experience started off sour but was quickly turned around with some first class customer service skills and quality meals.Five stars for Cat, four and a half for Longhorn. ?

We hadn't been here in a while. My daughter got straight A's on her report card so I took her out to celebrate her making the honor roll. Service was great and the food was just wonderful. I had the ribeye medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Longhorns really is a great place to go.I do have to say, someone "paid it foreward" and covered our meals anonymously so if you ever see this, thank you! ?

The managing partner, ANGIE COOK, was very hostile toward a complaint we had about waiting two hours only to receive burnt food. The staff was not honest with us about our wait and kept telling us "ten more minutes." We specifically called ahead and placed our name on the list to avoid a long wait time. That didn't seem to matter to them. If they'd just been upfront about the long wait, we would have chosen to dine elsewhere. About an hour and a half went by and we finally received a table, but then waited over an hour for our food. The food was burnt. When we spoke to the manager, she did not apologize but gave excuses about the restaurant being "so busy on Sundays." She raised her voice at us and was visibly angry that we "dared to complain." I have never seen this type of behavior from a manager. We were a party of 13 just looking to celebrate a birthday and have a good time. We were willing to overlook the long wait and burnt food if the manager had only just offered us a little sympathy and apologized. She didn't even give us that.

My family and I visited LongHorn Steakhouse to celebrate my sister's birthday. I ordered the 10oz. Longhorn Salmon. The rye breast was warm on the inside and crispy on the outside. The caesar salad was fresh abd delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The rice and broccoli were both tender. To sum it up all of the food was delicious, and the service received was excellent. This was my first visit to LongHorn Steakhouse, but I will definitely come again.
