Omg it was delicious! The lady in the drive through was patient because it was my first time and I didn’t know what to get. Definitely a favorite here in GA!
I love Krystal's! I tried to download the app for 50% my first purchase thru the app but couldn't get it to go thru and the guy at the drive thru didn't haven't a clue either. No help but the food was good.
A nice clean store. Every now and then you have to have a bunch of square burgers and a chili cheese pup or two.
Pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:42 pm and worker stated they were closed. I asked her what time they closed and she said "I said we are closed." I replied with the "website and door says 10pm." Needless to say she never responded and I drove away. Rediculous to advertise 10pm closing and already closed at 9:42!
No wait at drive thru at approx 800pm, however, an 8 to 10 minute wait for Krystal hamburgers was given. Also, no I-cee drinks or milkshakes available.? Employees were very pleasant, and apologetic. My order, which was correct, was delivered promptly when ready. ?
I end up getting Krystal's for breakfast about 3x per week. Great customer service! The ladies in drive-thru are accurate and friendly!!
I cannot stand onions, I made sure to order without them but low and behold what did get onions and soggy bread.
One of the top 3 worst Krystal experiences of my life, food is consistently bad and the service is always horrendous with employees being dismissive and disrespectful. DO NOT STOP HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Sad to say but this is honesty 100% the worst Krystals location I have ever been to. The workers are extremely rude. The food is cooked horribly. My chicken sandwiches were cold on the inside and the buns were so soggy I couldn't even eat them. I've never understood why someone would work somewhere and not take pride in their job. If you can't have good customer service, or if you can't cook the food correctly then get a new job. Makes no sense to me. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes down soon. I will not be going back at all.
After aggressively being accused of honking my horn by the woman working drive thru, I guess the car behind me was impatient, forgot to ring my order up in the 20 seconds it took to get from the intercom to the window. So I ended up with the wrong order. Customer service was terrible and I got the wrong order.
